Friendly staff the only thing is that if you are going to deposit to an account and forget your card and ID you have to go get If it is expired it is not valid. them no matter how far away you live. Lorenzo is a very kind and helpful person.

I had a great experience at Wells Fargo. I got assisted by Mr. Robert Brown, a well mannered and helpful banker. Mr. Brown had a lot patience with me, along with the problems I have going on with my account. I could also see that he was trying so hard to get the problem fix, but he did what he could and I thank him for all he does. I also love how welcoming the lady at the front door was. I will surely come back! Thank you for all that you do for us.

Just got out of this Wells Fargo Bank. I've had a day from hell trying to get finances and insurance covered for moving into my new apartment. On top of that I forgot my card at an ATM this morning and needed to receive another temporary card. I walked in and a lady politely and promptly asked if there was anything that she could help me with and sat me down at a desk. Within 15 minutes I had my card back and my money order received. I was able to breath a big sigh of relief as I exited. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Love them, they gave me a plush Wells Fargo Pony. EXCELLENT. Parking lot sucks for entry, exit and backing out of a spot.

Great customer service and friendly helpful people. I don't care for the fees associated with checking and savings but overall I have a nothing really negative to say about the bank in Statesboro.

Regardless of how many lanes are open, this branch only has one teller. The bank closes at 5 every week day, which forces those of us who must work until 5 to bank on Saturdays, when only the drive-through is open.

Not the best Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Their customer service towards college students isn't always great , but they get the job done.
