Friends Auto is a lifesaver. The mechanic James is honest and professional, and he explained my car's problem clearly. He saved me a huge amount of money and effort versus going to a dealership. I go out of my way to bring my car here for any repair work.

Kind, courteous and most ethical and aware car repair family I have met. I will go nowhere else as they are fantastic. I can't say enough good things.

From the initial phone call through driving away this was a great experience. James and Rose have excellent customer service skills, are responsive, the work done was very good and at a reasonable price. I particularly liked being able to discuss issues with James and receiving a call back to discuss what he had found and the way forward. Rose's handling of the initial call going through my needs and the call back reminder were top notch. Friends will be maintaining my car from here on out.
A bonus is that all business is conducted through the plexiglass protected front desk (see photo) to protect customers and staff.
The only down side - a little wait to get an appointment. There is a reason for that and it's worth the wait.

Found this place and decided to give it a try after reading reviews. J is now my go to mechanic for everything. He is the only one I would trust to work on my cars especially my M3. He's the most honest, friendly and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Make sure you call ahead and schedule an appointment because they are always booked. They won my business based on their honesty... J is the only mechanic who told me exactly what was wrong with my car without adding extra things to fix and offered an affordable price... awesome guy.

Amazing people work here. My wife’s car didn’t start, but somehow the car wouldn’t jump start even when connected to a donor car. I was fortunate enough to be near Friends Automotive as they lended a jump starter right away. Thank you Friends Automotive for your service. I will definitely return here.

Friends is my go to for maintenance & repairs on 3 of my vehicles. I was referred to James and he always articulates the solutions my vehicles need in a way I can understand. He just put a new engine in one of my vehicles. I’ll be referring him whenever possible. Highlyrecommend

Went few times at this place and every time had a great experience. No time wasted in unnecessary cross sell/ up sell. Correct diagnosis that result in issues being resolved in 1st visit itself. Did synthetic oil change here for Corolla for around $65. Have recommended this to few friends too and all have had good experience too.

Book in advance, appointments are hard to get 😁 that explains how popular these guys are.

The mechanic was able to resolve one of my problems the same day and explained the next plan of action. I was taking my car to European auto mechanics that did nothing but waste my time and money. He was honest.

Best service ever! Wish I could give 6 stars. Brought my car in for an oil change but mentioned I wanted my brake pads changed as well. I had heard a sound and thought the brake pads were worn down. They called me back during the servicing and let me know all the brake pads were good, so I asked them to take it for a test drive to see if they could hear the sound I was hearing. After driving it around, they found a piece of plastic in the wheel and totally fixed the noise I was hearing. They only charged me for the oil change! They looked at all of the other stuff for free. I really appreciate the kindness of Friends Automotive. Will definitely only be coming here in the future.

James and his team have worked on my Infiniti M37 for several years, they always get it right, and explains the repair(s) cost to the customer. They do not try to swindle the customer they will guide you to a reasonable repair. I love Rose, she's part of this family business and very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They stay booked and busy, if you have repairs there may be a wait on the calendar!

I've been going to Friends for years and years, and take all of our vehicles there. It's the first place I recommend to anyone that needs honest feedback on their mechanical issues for their car. James and Rose are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I know they are always booked way out, but obviously it is for a reason. Everyone uses them because #1, they usually have the best prices which are very fair, and #2, they tell you the truth, never upsell, and actually will let you know if you do NOT need something that another shop or dealership is insisting you do. Highly recommend.

James took me in on an emergency repair even though he was booked up for a solid month. A rubber oil coolant line ruptured and put my vehicle out of commission. James explained the issue in detail, the cost, and got me back in the vehicle the next day. I am taking my vehicles to him from now on.

The Greatest Shop of All Time. I had a radiator under warranty that leaked I called Friends at 5:47PM(they close at 6PM) Rose answered and assisted me. She told me to drop off the car off so they can repair the radiator. It only took them one day to repair the car. Hands down the best shop I ever worked with. I highly recommend going to this shop for ANY thing auto! You’ll thank me later.

Best business in town. Totally trust James, Rose and crew with my family's cars. Been a customer for a dozen years. Cross check repair costs periodically - for fun. Sure enough Friends Auto is consistently half as much because not only does James price parts reasonably but he also never lies about what you need repaired/replaced. He even made a part for my car for $50 that would have cost me $200 to order! We've recommended Friends Auto to everyone we know.

Rose & James are exceptionally, both, friendly and professional people. I trust them with all my automotive needs. Yes, you have to wait for your turn - often 3 weeks or more ! That’s because they are busy as much as they are well liked 👍🏼

Once you come here you will NEVER go anywhere else. James is an A+++ mechanic and is honest and trustworthy. They are always very busy and with good reason, they’re just the best and treat you like family. I drive James crazy with questions and he always takes the time to explain and help me understand what is urgent and what can wait. I refer them without hesitation anytime someone asks for a great mechanic. Rose is the sweetest and takes good care of us too.

Excellent place. James and Rose (the owners) are great people. James is incredibly knowledgeable and he's that rare type of technician in the car world who is honest and so helpful. I have only great things to say about their shop. I've been bringing my cars there for years now.
