We had Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help. This was our first couch purchase so we went back and fourth a lot😂spending hours in the store. We finally got one and had it delivered today! Delivery was just as great as the service at the store! I will definitely be buying from LA waters in the future!

This place treats you like family!! My wife and I purchased furniture there over 40 years ago. When Lee and Lloyd’s grandfather was there. My wife and I’ve purchased some more furniture there, and also a burning pellet stove, tables ect.. after building our new home in Nevils. Tonya was such a help to us when we were there purchasing our living room furniture. I still return there often to get pellets for my pellet stove/heater. Whenever I walk in they know exactly who I am. They never one time of all the times my wife and I have been there, did they push anything on us to buy! Or try to sell us anything.

LA Waters is the best furniture store in Statesboro. Many stores need to order items and you have to wait for weeks, but LA Waters stocks many items in their local warehouse. In addition, Tonya Boyd works hard to customize your order to your specific needs. Good luck finding someone to work as hard as Tonya to make sure you’re happy as a customer.

Summer Hodges provided excellent service. The bedroom suit we wanted was sold when we went back to purchase it. Summer ordered another one quickly and it was here in less than 2 weeks. When I called to see if the furniture could be delivered earlier than expected, she arranged delivery to meet our needs.

I was looking for a loveseat for the house when I went in to L.A. Waters. I was greeted by Tonya. She made me feel at home and was very knowledgeable about all the furnishings. I ended up getting this lovely couch instead. She measured it all for us and made sure it would fit where we needed it. 10/10 would recommend. The service department is stellar all around.

I recently purchased 2 Lazy Boy recliners, a Craftmaster sofa, as well as some bedroom furniture by Kincaid. Summer Hodges was our salesperson. She has also been our salesperson for past purchases. She is always very friendly and knows the products very well. She always greets us with a smile and provides excellent customer service even if we're "just looking". We've purchased mattress sets and living room furniture from LA Waters in the past years. The furniture has held up well...I love my
