All good service. everyone very helpful. Dr. Thomas Marshall has a great personality and very professional in creating my crown. The fact that I had the crown in place in the same day was excellent service.

Lindsey was outstanding with my cleaning. Just terrific. Dr Marshall was equally outstanding. Both of them clearly explained what they saw, made reasonable suggestions and frankly didn't try to sell me anything. I'll gladly see them again. Lastly the front desk and checkout staff were excellent as well.

My appointment went very well. Kim cleaned my teeth and she was very good. Dr. Mentzer checked my teeth and she was very good. I am very happy to be a patient at Southern Family Dentist Group. Paula P. Todd

Exemplary denistry from professional caregivers, whose entire practice is staffed with genuinely caring and knowledgeable people. The assistants and front office make you feel at ease and provide a small town feel I prize.
I have been treated by Dr. Mentzer and Dr. Marshall and recommend both with complete confidence. They listen and tailor treatment to my individual needs and concerns. My only regret is that my decades' long hygienist, Janice, has retired.

I hate the dentist but Dr M and Debby made it as good an experience for me as they could! A four hr appt is just not fun, but it was necessary! I do not trust my teeth is any other dentist!

This was my first but definitely not my last visit to Southern Family Dental Group. It was a very welcoming environment from the minute I walked into the office until I left. Dr. Marshall very thoroughly searched for 2 cavities that my previous dentist said I had. (No cavities found!). Dr. Marshall took the time to explain his decision and his findings with me. The dental hygienist was very nice also. While I was very happy that no cavities were found, I was even more happy to be treated as a person and not just a number.

Pleasant (yes, we know this is a dentist office), competent, courteous and professional in every sense - from front desk to parking lot. Highly recommended! Wayne and Julia Blackwell

Warm and welcoming from the time you walk in the door. The people are friendly, everyone from reception, hygienists, dentist, checkout and everyone you meet in the hallway. They asked questions both dental related and on a personal level in order to get to know me better. They were very detailed and thorough when explaining what they were doing, how my dental care looked and what needed to be done. I felt important (even on the first visit) and my gut said I could trust them with my dental care and to not take advantage of me. (I can't say that about my previous office) To say I was pleased would be an understatement. I have never heard anything but GREAT things about this office and their staff (which is why I chose to switch to them) and now that I have been, I can say I highly recommend them!!

They have the best staff. Everyone is always so friendly. Dr. Tommy Marshall is exceptional. They take their time to really evaluate any potential problems.

Dr Marshall is an excellent dentist. He is thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. His assistant, Kasey, dies a good job cleaning teeth and is very gentle.

Staff was courteous and welcoming when I arrived. I needed a little repair on my retainer and was fit in the schedule to repair. Saved me a trip to orthodontist . Thank you so much.

I have been to this practice twice for a teeth cleaning, and have had a positive experience both times. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. They did a good job cleaning my teeth, which is most important, but it goes a long way when your dental hygienist is personable and friendly as well. I would recommend this practice to family, friends, or others.

Everyone in the office always makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Marshall is the best Dentist I have had in years and Casey the dental technician that cleans my teeth is the best.
