Absolutely wonderful all around.

When we bought our new home we knew all the floors would need to be replaced. They were in rough condition. It was a big job.

I chose to go to Floors Outlet because it is local and the reviews were good.

We worked with Josh as our salesman. He worked with us to choose the best flooring and carpet within our price range. He was patient and informative. He even allowed me to text him with questions later on as they came up. He was wonderful to work with.

Brian, the owner, is also great. He worked with me on the overall price of the installation so that it was all within my budget. He also kept me informed on the process as the materials came in and when the installation team would be there.

If I had any questions and had to call the store, Pam was super nice every time and got my questions answered right away.

Joel and his installation team were phenomenal. They got our large 3000+ sq ft house done in 4.5 days. This included moving furniture around. They were always here on time and worked around me as I worked from home. They communicated every step of the way and their work was well done. There are no gaps in the LVP and everything is snug to the walls. The carpets are perfect and well installed as well.

I was very impressed and happy with this company. I would recommend them for your floors. They’re wonderful to work with.

Awesome folks. I needed carpet tubes for a project. Stopped by & they had what I needed. NO CHARGE… before & after project. I turned my Jeep into a toy factory at an event for at risk children.

The Floors Outlet owner Brian McDonald is a super happy dude who'll make sure your floors are great looking and what you want. If you want new flooring, Brian is the man.

We had an awesome experience with Floors Outlet. Brian, the owner, was super helpful in helping us find the perfect flooring for our needs. He encouraged us to take home large samples of the flooring to truly get a good sense of how it would look in our home and to view it at different times of day. This was very helpful as you only get small 4 inch squares from most places, and these were about 3-4 feet each. He also told us which samples had online visualizer tools we could use with photos of our rooms. His explanations and demonstrations of the differences in quality helped us make informed decisions to meet our needs, and his recommendations on how to best install were on point. When Brian was out helping other clients, the rest of the Floors Outlet team were readily available to jump in and give knowledgeable help also. Once the decision was made, they got the order placed the same day, received it quickly, and began install immediately.

The product we chose turned out beautifully! The LVP is high quality and the installation by Joel and his team was professional, courteous, and quick. Joel was easy to work with, and he did a careful and precise large installation with many cuts and customizations needed. He genuinely cared that we were happy with the outcome, and it showed when he was done. It is beautiful!

We are looking forward to enjoying our new floors for years to come! A big thank you to Floors Outlet for helping us bring our home improvement goals to life!

Great experience all around! Brian helped identify the floors originally installed in my home by the builder, got them in stock, and set me up with the materials needed for installation. To top it off, I got a floor cleaning kit once installation was complete. Highly recommend this business for both homeowners and professionals.

Just had new flooring put through out my house. I was very pleased with the purchase from Floors Outlet in Statesboro. Brian, the owner took time to explain different qualities abd even orderd a case of my selection before I placed the order to ensure it was what I wanted.

Brian used Scott Flooring and Bulloch Flooring for the installation. It may seem strange that 2 floor installers work together but they made a great team and said they often do this on bigger installations. These guys Scott and Larry did a quality installation, moved and put the furniture back in place. If I ever need flooring in the future I will be using the same folks. Quality product, instalation and a fair price.

Floors outlet is just an absolutely awesome business to work with. They installed new floors in all of our bedrooms, living room, den, and dining room area, as well as our kitchen. We had some issues with some of the product that we were using and it had to re-replaced and these guys came in and replaced it as soon as they possibly could, the delay we experienced with this replacement was solely due to the supplier and not to them. Floors Outlet did whatever they needed to do to make our experience as pleasant as possible as well as do whatever they needed to do to make us a happy customer.
If you want a good honest business to deal with and good honest people to work with, I cannot say more about the team at Floors Outlet, do yourself a favor and do business with them.

Hands down the best customer service in town. I stopped in to get sheet vinyl for a weekend project. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. So when I need a larger flooring project done I knew I wanted to go back to this place. They did not disappoint. I ordered an absolute beautiful LVP flooring just before thanksgiving. Unfortunately they don't make that floor anymore. Brian gave me his personal number and continued to communicate with me while we figured things out. I was ready to select a different floor that I didn't like as much. But being the awesome people they are they pulled every hat trick, called contacts, and searched high and low for a solution so that I could have my dream floor. Everyone I interacted with was kind, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, and sincerely caring for me as a person not just a customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brian and Josh (from the store) are so incredibly helpful, and Joel (who did the installation) is so good at what he does. We bought a house and had to move from the one we sold to the new house in 3 days or less. We wanted to install flooring throughout the new house, and they were going to start with the rooms we needed to move first so we could hopefully start moving the second or early the third day. We planned to just put the stuff for the unfinished rooms wherever we could until they were done. But they came in literally a couple hours after closing and they worked super late that night and came back early the next morning. They finished the entire house in two days because they wanted us to be able to move without stressing about the floor. We were beyond grateful.

Joel even went to the store and got a different quarter round for part of the installation because he was worried the white wouldn't look good next to the brick on the fireplace wall. He even stained it to get just the right color. We also had a step down into the living room. They suggested painting the face of the step around that area so it would be easier to see and less likely to trip someone up. It looks AMAZING. I pretty much told them to do whatever looked best to them, and I'm so glad I did. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs flooring.

Brain and his team are AMAZING. I would not use anyone else in Statesboro and recommend them to everyone. LOVE your work!!

I am someone who likes to read reviews about places before I go, and if you are like me, here you go. I got referred to Brian by my sister, and I was not in any way disappointed! He had exactly what I wanted for my "she shed" for a super awesome price- better than anywhere else that I had looked online and local. He was super nice and even loaded everything up in my car for me. I highly recommend him. He has a huge selection of colors and choices. I will definitely be returning when I decide to change the flooring in my bedroom!

Get your floors and installation done here! Do not go to any other stores around. We shopped all over the place and happened to pass by coming through Statesboro and it was a blessing! The staff is friendly and Brian goes above and beyond, this man knows his flooring and they have affordable prices. I’m happy to say I have a beautiful home withBeautiful floors for my mother thanks to them. They stay in contact with you every step of the way and will answer any questions you may have. If you’re looking for flooring, this is your place and Brian is your guy! I love them, will recommend them every time.

These guys are great. They had just what we were looking for and offered great advise for our choices. The product came in quickly. The installation crew was very professional and skilled. Reasonable price and friendly hometown service. Highly recommend.

They treated me like family. They let me take several samples homes for weeks at a time (one sample was taken for a year due to COVID). They measured my house at my convenience, and gave me some cleaning freebies after making a purchase. Very polite and friendly. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

I just bought my new LVP flooring from Brian and the gang at Floors Outlet and so far I'm thoroughly pleased with my experience. Brian McDonald, the owner is super friendly and very customer-oriented. I didn't even know this place existed and I was referred to Brian by a salesman at Lowe's (best thing that he could've done for me that day) and I found exactly what I wanted at Floors Outlet! Brian didn't have any colors I liked in stock, but he suggested a beautiful color of LVP (Reclaimed Pine) and even allowed me to bring an actual plank of it home to lay out and see how it looked in my home before he ordered for me. Long story short, I waited about a week and called Brian on the phone and he ordered my flooring for me without hesitation and it was in the store in about 3 days! Overall, I would most definitely recommend Floors Outlet as the #1 place in the area to purchase flooring! If you want great customer service and a place that really appreciates the business, then it's Floors Outlet that you should visit, without a shadow of a doubt! Brian and his team are about their business. I ordered my material on a Wednesday and Bobby V and his team was at my house on Monday to install it. I had LVP installed in my living room, kitchen and hallway. They did a wonderful job removing the carpet and prepping the floor for the LVP. All of the old material was carted away and disposed of. The only issue I had was with the transition pieces. They were backordered and arrived a little late. Due to the current situation with the supply chain, I fully understand deliveries being late. As soon as the material was in, an appointment was set up to have the job finished. Last but not least, I received quotes from 3 others stores in the area and floors outlet stood above the rest.

Ryan is an owner and he's been a tremendous help with everything through this process! We are a military household, and we love to help veteran owned and operated stores. For customer service 5 stars for sure, when we get our rugs installed will up date! If you're looking for rugs or floors this is the place to be at!
