The Hamptons Statesboro

I loveddddd living here! It’s super clean, friendly, and quiet. The rooms are pretty big and come with a huge closet too. Wish I could’ve stayed- only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t call to ask if I wanted to renew before leasing mine to someone else. Not sure if this is normal with student housing but it’s my first time in this type of housing so maybe it’s not unusual that that happens.

They were very nice and helpful on the tour and the housing there is absolutely beautiful!!! The staff is super nice and friendly!

The Hamptons is by far the best place to live in Statesboro! The houses are all modern, up to date, and clean inside which makes living here so amazing! There are also a ton of amenities like the dog park, the amazing pool, the 24/7 gym, the tanning beds, and entertaining arcade/lounge space! The staff is extremely kind to their residents and a lot of the time they provide amazing free perks like subs for lunch, biscuits for breakfast, and so much more! I feel extremely safe here and really appreciate the safety measures taken here at the Hamptons! I 100% recommend students and future students to live at the Hamptons!

I love the Hamptons! This is my first year staying here and my first apartment ever. I can definitely say that I am having the best experience yet! I’ve heard about the Hamptons and their reputation through many friends saying how great their services are, how clean and friendly their environment is, and how beautiful their complexes are. I am staying in a 3bed/3bath apartment at the Hamptons. My roommates have lived there 2 years prior to my move in. When I first arrived, they greeted me with a welcoming basket full of candy, treats, and scented candles! I was overjoyed and grateful. I am so blessed to be able to say that I am staying at the best apartment in Statesboro, GA with the best roommates I’ve ever had. Thank you, Hamptons for this wonderful and life changing opportunity!

The Hamptons is by far the best place to live in Statesboro! They always let their residents know that they are appreciated by having free food or desserts available in the clubhouse! The amenities such as the pool, bamboo studio and workout room are amazing! Maintenance is also super helpful if you have any issues with your cottage or apartment. 10/10 would recommend living here if you are wanting to live off campus.

Great place to live. They maintain a beautiful landscape and make sure everything looks and is clean. Very efficient when it comes to maintenance. Pool is so much fun. Really cool that there’s a lazy river. Close to campus which is convenient for both walking and saving gas. Positive and intelligent people working hard at the front desk to partake in providing residents the best experience. Austin, especially, has helped me and my family out greatly accommodating us with the best experience as a resident. Communicates clearly with both me and my parents when it comes to them having to talk over the phone. Calls back as soon as he can if he can’t get to the phone. Knows how to communicate well when talking to residents along with talking to parents. I am sure everyone who works for the Hamptons is the same way. Price is worth the experience, you are getting everything you are paying for and more.

It’s my first year living in The Hamptons & I absolutely love it so far! The staff is always so helpful and the maintenance guy always comes in a reasonable time when we are in need! We are always their number one priority & are provided with great amenities that are including in the rent! I would definitely recommend living here to all students!! I can’t wait to renew my lease for next year!

The Hamptons provides me with amazing housing and community. Located in a convenient location, The Hamptons offers me and my roommates the best living quarters and space we could have asked for. The floor plan, furniture plan, helpful staff, and spontaneous clubhouse treats/gifts provide a home away from home feel, not to mention all of the other amenities they offer. I thoroughly enjoy living here and am so thankful to live in the cutest community in statesboro.

This is my second year living in the Hamptons and I wouldn’t have it any other way! The staff and community have made this place my home away from home. My parents rest easy knowing that I’m safe and taken care of here. A few of my favorite things about the Hamptons are: having my own bedroom & bathroom, living in a gated, safe community, free food from the clubhouse, and the lively, college atmosphere. Love it here!

I love living in the Hamptons! The houses are so cute, clean and updated ! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We get free dinners all the time and they even took the time to deliver cookies to each house! Highly recommend to any one who is looking to move off campus into a safe neighborhood that is close to campus !

I love living at The Hamptons! The office staff is always here to help with anything you may need, are super friendly and if we need something fixed they come quickly to get it fixed! There are great amenities and beautiful grounds! They take great pride in keeping residents happy and provide us with food often! I highly recommend living here if you are moving to Statesboro!!

My sister lived here the first year it opened and when I came to college I moved into the Hampton’s as well! I’m going on my third year living here and it can’t be beat! The location is perfect walking distance to campus. The amenities including the pool with the occasional DJ, clean dog parks, study rooms, and free dinner meals allow you to see your fees at work! I’ve stayed here alone one summer and felt really safe being here. The gates close at night and the cottages can only be entered with an electronic key at front. It’s been a great home to have away from home!

I love That Hamptons! It is definitely the nicest place to live in Statesboro!! It is a gated community and has the best amenities! The staff treats the residents so well and does so much for us! Quite often there are meals at the clubhouse that they provide and insomnia cookies delivered to your door! There is nothing bad I could say about living in The Hamptons because it is amazing!! :)

Just moved into the Hamptons this past August and I am absolutely in love with this place. It is such a nice little community — the workers are fantastic. You are always taken care of and they are so helpful. The houses are super cute and super nice. They are the perfect size to make it feel “homey”. I will be resigning for the next two years!

I love the Hamptons. They make getting mail and packages very easy and the customer service is always excellent when I walk in! Most of the time I go in the morning and see a girl named Chloe, she is always friendly amd helpful! I would highly recommend living here, they have so much to offer with the pool, gym, and tanning beds. The houses are nicely decorated and very roomy. This is my favorite place in Statesboro, I’ll be living here until I graduate!

Seriously the best place to live in Statesboro! They truly make each resident feel at home between the clubhouse meals to the maintenance service. The amenities are up to date and easy to access. They are quick to respond to all resident needs and provide the best care as soon as they can. Lastly, they are very in touch with the community and every individual resident. I love how welcoming and friendly everyone on the staff is :)

I have been so impressed by the Hampton's and their staff! They are very accommodating and professional and do a great job interacting with their tenants. They have made the Hampton's feel like my home away from home!

The apartments are very well built and maintenance issues have been minimal. When I have had a problem, a qualified maintenance professional has come to address it promptly. The grounds are always beautiful as well!

Hands down, I would recommend to anyone!

I love living at the Hamptons! The staff is wonderful and they also do many give aways as well as sometimes catering food for the residents or offering fun activities! The pool is also a really nice and fun to hang with friends or meet new people!

Second year living at the Hamptons and I absolutely love it. Nothing beats the occasional Jersey mikes, CFA, and all the other good foods we get treated with here! The pool and gym are some of the best amenities provided. I would definitely recommend the Hamptons to other students!!

The Hamptons is a great place to live either by yourself or with a group of people. The Hamptons can house up to 5 people. Each place comes with a washer and dryer, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area. The Hamptons provides residents with a lazy river, sauna, workout facility, and so much more! The Hamptons provides residents with food such as chick-fil-a throughout the year for free!

I love living in The Hamptons. The Hamptons has provided me a safe environment to live and excel in my college career. Whenever I have any questions or complaints, the front desk is always ready to help and accommodate my needs. I enjoy living here and look forward to many more years at the Hamptons!
