Village at Mill Creek

I definitely recommend this neighborhood! The properties themselves are nice, and all of the staff here are wonderful. The new fitness center is great, and projects in the works like the new dog park and new pool fence are coming. Wayne and Jeff are always so responsive to our needs and genuinely care. I don’t think I’ve ever lived somewhere that has staff so eager and willing to help. Highly recommend Village at Mill Creek!

Coming back to say that even after being here for 8 months, Jeff and Wayne continue to be the best, friendliest, and quickest-to-respond pair of maintenance personnel I've had the pleasure of working with. I've lived in a number of rentals over the years and live a very busy professional life. These guys make my life soooo much easier by taking care of every minor issue that comes their way. Some apartment complex maintenance personnel are great about being attentive to issues when you first move in but then aren't as good after you are established. Not these guys....they only get better as they get to know you.

I also want to point out that the issues they are so responsive about aren't even big things. This is a testament both to the quality of the units, appliances, etc. here at the Village at Mill Creek as well as to their commitment to taking care of the type of minutia that many other rental properties either ignore and/or put the responsibility on the tenant.

Very appreciative of Wayne and Jeff and all they do to make living at the Village at Mill Creek feel like home.

Lajuana Hendrix was very helpful during my application process. She was kind, professional, and courteous.Everytime I called to ask a question she was there to answer the phone, and if she was out of the office she would return my call promptly. Definitely made looking for an apartment a simple matter. After she gave me a wonderful tour of my soon to be home there was no where else I wanted to search!

The pool furniture upgrade is amazing! There is more than triple amount of tables and chairs. The lounge beach chairs are very comfortable with the attached pillows. I enjoy tanning by the pool much more!

Philytha, Jeff & Wayne are all great individuals! I had some issues in my last unit & the staff did everything they could to accommodate me & I couldn’t be more thankful. I wouldn’t want to rent anywhere else in Statesboro! 10/10

Maintenance is great. They are always there to take care of my needs. Those 2 guys are amazing

I just moved in this past week and came here to make sure everyone knows that the staff at the Village of Mill Creek have been beyond exceptional from the moment I arrived on site. I became a “high maintenance” tenant right away because my cat got loose as I was moving in. All of the office and maintenance staff showed empathy and have gone out of their way since to help spread the word to my neighbors.

Justice has been courteous and prompt with every little detail throughout the application to the move-in. Wayne and Phil are absolute experts and consummate professionals in their knowledge and care of the property. Jeff is hands down the world’s most generous and efficient maintenance expert. Not only has he quickly addressed even the most minor issues, he’s fine the proverbial “extra mile” to help with things that aren’t necessary on his list of responsibilities, but go a long way to making the residents here feel well taken care of.

Every person who works at tVoMC has been friendly, positive, accommodating, and supportive no matter the task or situation. This is an easy 5-star rating.

My experience with maintenance today, 7/27/23 was great. Wayne and Jeff completed my maintenance requests. They were very professional and was very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. Whatever was messed up, they cleaned it up before leaving. These guys are the best. Thanks for all you do.

First off I want to give Philytha and Justice both huge shoutouts for making this move seamless and super easy. As someone who is on disability, I had to do everything remotely from viewing the apartment, signing the forms online, etc. My expectations of the unit I received were on par with everything I saw in pictures, and any maintenance issues on the checklist upon moving in were taken care of very quickly by the super friendly maintenance staff. The communication with all the staff has been on point and so far I've enjoyed my stay. Keep up the great work VAMC staff and looking forward to staying here for years to come.

I’ve lived here a year and some change. I actively use their dog park(where they provide bags to clean up after your dogs && have bag stands scattered around the property), the gym, and the pool when the weather is right. I pay my rent online through an app, and can even request maintenance through the app. The 2 maintenance men they have out here come same day to fix whatever could be wrong. THEY ARE AWESOME. The staffing in the office is just as AWESOME and helpful!! The apartments provide plenty of space, even if you just get the 2 bedroom. I would highly recommend looking at all of the types of properties they have because it could be a perfect fit for you. AND if you have kids that’s even better because there is a park 0.8 miles up the road! I love it here and I will continue loving it until I finish my degree!

Awesome and smooth transition. Staff is very easy going and is quick to respond.

This was my first maintenance call due to the garbage disposal not working. Jeff (maintenance) came over to service the call. He immediately knew what the issue was. Found out that the switch to the breaker box, which is also connected to the dishwasher had flipped.

Jeff showed me what to this should this happen again. He also showed me where the reset button is located on the dishwasher.

Jeff was very pleasant and professional and was in and out in less than five minutes.

Before leaving, he kindly asked me was there any other issues with the unit.

I give it a 5 star because Jeff the maintenance guy is always so nice and hospitable! He always comes in and gets the job done without much hassle and if he can’t do it that day he always assures us that they will get it done as soon as a they can . Every maintenance person I’ve met here has been great.

Having the greatest experience at Village at Mill Creek. The apartments are very nice and clean. Justice is amazing and very helpful. Great, convenient spot in statesboro close to great restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this place to live.

Jeff and Wayne have been an amazing help with fixing appliances and do a great job maintaining a clean environment! They are always so friendly and kind as well!

Awesome Management Team! The Staff are great everyone is respectful and very nice and made moving in a breeze. We actually feels like family. God bless the management team and staff at The Village at Mill Creek.
