I would recommend Southern Property Management to anyone looking for an amazing team of professionals. I live in New Mexico and they manage my home in Georgia and I have never had to worry about my home. When I was looking for a property management company I visited with others in the area and the service did not compare. Southern Property Management has gone above and beyond what I would expect. Thank you Lisa and the whole team for everything that you do and the exceptional service that you provide.

The staff at Southern Property Management was very professional and accommodating. All of my questions were answered and they were always easily accessible. They drastically helped making the new home decision process a breeze. 10/10 recommend for those who are looking into new homes.

Compared to my previous landlord at my old apartment i am grateful to have rented from SPM!!! They were so kind, nice, and helpful even on down to the owner our apartment complex. I managed my own property for a couple of years, and it was not without headache. Once I had a tenant moving out I took the opportunity to have SPMS take on managing the property for me. The twist is that I now live across the country, and had no time to go back and handle things in person.

The previous tenant left the property in a bit of a mess. A series of repairs and installation of new flooring was needed. SPMS was very accommodating and made it a painless process. Between working out the quotes, contracting the work, and sending back photos of the work being done, I was super pleased with the outcome. They found a new tenant quickly and it's been smooth sailing since then. Any additional repairs needed have been communicated and quickly resolved. I also receive clear monthly and year-end statements and it's been very much an out of sight out of mind experience.

Southern Property Management Services has been a fantastic and affordable service for my family. As homeowners who had never leased a property, we had significant financial and legal concerns about the obligations we were assuming and thought it best that we seek out the help of professionals.

Our instincts were correct: SPMS has made the entire process smooth and pain-free. The handful of typical issues that arise during any leasing agreement have all been remedied swiftly and in a way that was agreeable to both ourselves and our tenants. We receive automated statements monthly and year-end financials demonstrating the revenues and costs associated with the property, making tax preparation a very simple matter.

If you're concerned about the added stress and legal ramifications of managing a property yourself, I would encourage you to give SMPS a chance. You will be glad you did.

I don't know what these other people are talking about. I rented from SPMS my last year at Southern and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. They always called to let me know when they were coming for a visit, and showed up when they said they would. Anytime I needed something at the house, all I had to do was call and they were there within a day. The office staff was always very nice, no matter what time I called, and always made it a point to accommodate my needs. Moving in and out was a breeze. As long as you respect their property, you will receive your full deposit back. Personally, SPMS are the only people that I would recommend renting from in Statesboro.

Lisa and Raegan are amazing!! I've been a renter with SPMS over two years and it's been refreshing having management that treat you more than a "customer". They work around my schedule and even help us when they are with their families after hours. They always do follow-ups to make sure that you are satisfied. Raegan and Lisa even know me by name. My children even get excited to see them! I highly recommend SPMS because they are very professional and down-to-earth, good people.

I have dealt with several property management companies in Statesboro and Southern Property Management has done a remarkable job. Lisa Groover and her team are highly professional, efficient, and reliable. I am grateful for all their hard work! I highly recommend.

If you're a home owner - I HIGHLY recommend SPM to manage your property rentals. I had an AWFUL experience with PMG --- fired them for lack of professionalism and consistently ignoring renter issues. I then hired SPM....and, our experience has been 200% better! Rent is collected on time - properties are marketed to the RIGHT customers - and communication with owners is exceptional.

Great place to rent from , had absolutely no problems. Whenever there was something that needed to be fix or any other services They made it happen right away .Been with them since 2018 . Lisa Has been Great to us since the beginning .
