I bought a 2012 Ford Flex from Jim and his team last weekend. I was recently in an auto accident so needing a new car wasn't feeling very convenient. I had researched all kinds of cars and had a list of what I wanted to look at. The Flex was on my list but I didn't really give it much thought. We stopped at Janson because it was on our way to St. Louis. Jim and his team are incredible. They are the most personable car salesmen I have ever met. My boyfriend was with me and has much more experience buying cars than I do. He said they were wonderful as well. He didn't feel like they were trying to rush us or push us to make any decisions. They made us feel very at home. Jim actually got me a better financing deal than what I had in place which made me feel like he really cared about the money I was going to spend. I can't say enough good things about Janson Automotive. Even though O'Fallon is over an hour drive from my home, I will keep coming back for all future car needs.

This was the best car buying experience I could have possibly hoped for. My parents recommended we buy from Janson Automotive, a dealer they had bought several cars from throughout the years. Other dealerships I went to I could tell only looked at me with dollar signs in their eyes. The crew at Janson Automotive treated my fiance and I very well. We were able to get a fantastic car at a fantastic price. If we are ever looking to buy a second car for any reason, we will definitely be coming back. I wouldn't buy a car from any other place in Missouri.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Janson Automotive. I needed a replacement vehicle for my son after his car was totaled. Jimmy, Jim and Bob are definitely a team to work with and helped make the process so much easier. If you are looking for a used vehicle, give these guys a look first. I have them at the top of my list the next time I need a dependable used vehicle!

After several disastrous experiences at other dealers, we made the drive to Janson. I was skeptical at first after our other experiences, but this was BY FAR the best car buying experience we've ever had. They were so patient with us, and our one year old. They were understanding and kind. They let us go on numerous test drives, even letting us put our carseat in the back to see how it would work out. If we ever need to buy another car, this will be where we go first.

I recently purchased a Ford Focus 2013. I am loving it! Jim and everyone who works there has helped me and made sure everything got done. They were quick, professional, and very kind. They have really nice cars and I will be a future customer here! Thank you for the car guys!!!

Best car buying experience ever. Looked the internet over high and low. Kept coming back to this Mercury. Super nice condition and priced to sell. Even got it right into the shop when I was about to. Leave. Had an engine light come on. Turned out to be the #2 coil. Fixed while I waited. Jim and the staff are wanting you to leave happy and I certainly did!!! Will be back when I need to buy another vehicle. So very impressed!!!

I recently drove all the way from Milwaukee, WI to purchase a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited (with 45k miles) from Janson Automotive and I felt that working with them was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I had wanted to buy a Montero for a while and I searched the web for a few weeks to find one that looked like it was in good condition. When I found the one on Janson’s lot I called and spoke to Heidi and she assured me that it was a one owner car in great condition and sent me photos and a history report right away. I explained to her that, since I was driving down Milwaukee with my wife and 2 month old (a six hour drive), I did not want any surprises. She seemed to appreciate my situation and I felt that she was not about to waste my time, so we made the trip the following day.

When I arrived at the dealership I found that the Montero was in very good condition and proceeded to look it over. Of course, it is a used car and had a few imperfections, but nothing too bad. The only thing that deviated from the original description was some rust spots that has started under the wheel wells, but this could only be seen with the rear doors open, so I felt that it was an honest oversight. I also noticed that the oil was low and looked like it had not been changed since May of 2013 (over a year, according to the window sticker), which is no doubt due to the extremely low miles driven per year by the previous owner. I requested that we take it to an oil change shop to have them ensure that there were no leaks and to change the oil and Heidi agreed and paid for it.

Everything checked out at the shop and on the test drive– so we decided to buy. I told Heidi that I would buy the car either way, but I would be even happier if they knocked the price down a bit due to the rust that had been overlooked. She did knock off the document fee and filled the tank with gas, so I was happy. While we were waiting on the paperwork I had a minute to chat with the owner (Bill… I think?) and I complemented him on what a well-run his operation was. He said something like “he wants to sleep soundly at night…” and said some other things that you don’t normally hear from car salesmen. As an economics instructor, I always teach my students that, in the long run, you have to have integrity – otherwise you lose your customers and develop a bad reputation. Clearly this principle is understood at Janson Automotive. Thank you for the great experience – I love my Montero!

Unbelievably dedicated staff with some of the lowest prices you'll find. I recently bought a 2010 f-150 from Janson Automotive and not only was the truck the cleanest I had seen within a month of searching, it was the best price I could have hoped for. These gals and guys really know their stuff.

Super helpful and easy. They allowed me to get everything done online so when I went to the dealership I just signed the papers! They got me approved for the truck I wanted and I was in and out in under 2 hours!!
