Starbucks

I didn’t get anything—my boyfriend did. I just wanted to come and applaud the service. The young man at the drive-thru window was so genuinely friendly, personable, and professional. He saw that we were “tourists” and asked where we got our ice cream we were eating at the moment. We had a nice exchange before he gave us the items ordered and wished us well. When my boyfriend drove off I said, “He has a sweet, genuine spirit.” I didn’t get his name, but please tell him I said, “Continue letting your light shine. The world needs it.” We came by Saturday, March 2, 2024 at approximately 4-5 pm.

The service was fast, and the Matcha latte was really good.

Kudos to the friendly team this afternoon and an excellent job making a shaken espresso perfectly the way it should be!
If you’re on the island this store is recommended.

I stopped in a local coffee shop, but after seeing the ridiculously long line there, I came here…with no regrets. Although there were more people at this coffee shop - both inside and outside - but I ordered and had my order in hand in less than five minutes. Starbucks never fails to please!

In the past..great friendly service & fast service.I'm sure they will be back as good as ever! Unfortunately they were closed today due to Hurricane Irma.

I stopped by the SSI, GA location to request a souvenir mug for my family. I was greeted very cordially by the employees upon my arrival. I would be remiss if I did not mention how favorably impressed I was by the employee who conversed with/referred me to another Starbucks location for the aforementioned item. When I called this Starbucks, the employee I spoke with was very, very professional and offered to reserve the mug until I could pick it up the next morning. Continued Success Starbucks, these employees are truly assets to your Organization!

We went through the drive-thru and were served by a barista named Sam, who was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly positive and fun to talk to. I definitely have to admit that my usual drink was the best I’ve ever had from this Starbucks. Sam is actually the entire reason I’m even writing a review, and that should definitely say something about how much we liked him. If we ever head back to St. Simons, I will be sure that we visit this particular Starbucks again.

I am here almost daily. It has a good location, friendly staff, neighborhood feel because that is the flavor of the island. Outdoor seating, drive thru, and indoor seating of different types with power outlets. Unlike many Starbucks they do not play music at full blast. It is a place where people meet to talk and some work. Chess club meets there regularly.

Seriously the BEST Starbucks!! I can't remember the guys name and I wanna say it started with a J? But I came from Atlanta and I was just so impressed by how pleasant he was to everyone!! Everyone should have an experience like this!! He was just wonderful and I'm embarrassed that I forgot his name.

If you think customer service is gone just walk into this Starbucks on Saint Simons Island. This crew is too notch! This morning I sat down to put my belongings on a table and not even a minute later one person brought my breakfast and the next minute a gentleman brought my drinks using my name ! Customer service at its finest !! Thank you for making my Monday!

This place is amazing. Baristas know my name & know what I like when I walk in. Also, love the mobile app that lets me order before I get to the store and have it waiting. The Baristas seem to get a kick out of the old man using technology. Great place to go.

Great location, wonderful and relaxing interior layout. Dirty Chai Latte is my favorite and Starbucks is my go to choice, luckily at this location it was made and and served with nothing but smiles and personality, thanks Stephanie!

One of the nicest starbucks I have been to. It is outstandingly clean and they layout is very open. Perfect place to study or hang out with friends.
