I got just what I needed. Staff was friendly and efficient, and went out of their way to help me get loaded (I had big stuff).

Staff was courteous and helpful. I was a little frustrated when I had to exchange a gift without a receipt and the manager acted like doing so was splitting the atom. He was ultimately able to process an exchange, but I exchanged a $130 item for a $120 one and received no credit. Still everyone was so pleasant and helpful, I'll definitely be going back.

So far not good, I called this store and spoke with an employee. Specifically asked when my range could be delivered. Was told it would take 2 days when she asked my zip code. Came in the same day told them I needed it by Christmas. This was short notice but I went in to them because no one else could deliver it by then and she said they could. I found a stove and said I wanted to pull it up for reviews. Was told to be sure to come back the next day to have it delivered. She never pulled up my address or the stove model# to see if it was in stock or anything while i was there. Went back the next day, was told it was not even in until January. I left. I came back two days later decided to order the stove. I asked the manager as he put in my order if this was being deferred. He said it was automatic and he thinks it is 6 months same as cash. I called the following morning to confirm was told it was not automatic and I now need to call the number on the back of the sears card to have them defer it. Who has this type of time when I specifically asked while I was in the store. So far, not a good experience, should have got it from Home depot.

At first I was very happy, the staff was helpful and everything then, they delivered the wrong dryer, fine got it straightened out. Waited almost two weeks for a new one due to my schedule. Then when I got my new dryer, it had two dents in it. And now, not even a month later my dryer isn't even functioning correctly. I am VERY unhappy after all the hassle the dryer barely works and it's BRAND NEW.

I have a protection agreement for my lawn tractor with Sears. I phoned Sears service and repair (1-800-4my-home) and was informed I could take my battery that was no longer any good to a Sears store and under my protection agreement, get another battery. We drove to this store which is a good distance from where we live, and they would not give us a battery. They said they had batteries but we would have to call the service dept and have a technician bring us a battery. I returned home and called Sears again. Once again I was told I could get a replacement at the store. I am very upset. There is no other Sears store close to us and the Technician can't come until April 30th. Today is April 14th. That is a 16 day wait for a battery. I am very disappointed in Sears. Maybe this type of service is why they are closing stores. I also wanted to write a letter to or speak to someone to lodge a complaint but I can't get an address or phone number for this.

Not great. No trouble when I bought the refrigerator, but when I returned to the store for service it was a very different experience. Plus, it was delivered with scratches and dents. I think the reports of the permanent store closing are incorrect, but I wouldn't be surprised. If it is still open, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
