SOLD!!! That's pretty much how quickly Paul Newman found a buyer for our property. It was just about 2 months from when we first listed to when we closed. I'm sure not all deals close that fast, but Paul was a delight to work with even if it had taken a bit longer. Excellent negotiating and communication skills and just an all 'round nice guy. Paul was my agent when I bought my first house in Statesboro (in 2014) as well as when I sold it after 4 years when I left the state. He did a great job, in both processes. He is very methodical and well prepared. When I sold the house, I had to leave the town right after listing it due to my new job. He made sure the place is well maintained until it was sold. Paul is the hardest working realtor in Georgia. When my wife and our were looking to buy our first home around 2007, we drove up from Florida on a Saturday afternoon and had limited time to view homes. We called a number we saw outside of a home around 7:00pm on a Saturday evening. Not expecting to get anyone, Paul answered. He meet us at 8:00am the following morning and showed up 4-5 homes by noon. We purchased a home from him then, and he recently resold my home 10 years later.
