Tommy in the printing online dept is fantastic in problem solving and so much patience! I was in today for online returns . He was busy with the lady in front of me problem solving her issue.By time it was my turn it was getting near the end of the day. I never felt rushed even though I knew he had things to do before he could close out for the day.He was very good at giving direction on how to pull up labels and bar codes so he could print them out. He guided me through the whole process. He was a super hero to several people today. Thank you Tommy!

Mrs.Lori is the Best! She was the only one and was taking care of 4 customers at once! Please give this lady a raise she really deserves it! She made sure my item was returned to Amazon the correct way!

I am a Canadian RV er and spent some time in the fine town of Brunswick. I stopped in at Staples to get a laptop and printer and was blown away by the staff. Mark the manager is top notch and truly cares about customers .. he wants to keep you as one, how refreshing! Staff person James is an expert and set me all up so I could actually use my stuff right away. He sold me exactly what I needed ... I went clued out with an over the top list LOL and he could have sold me a very costly one that I did not need but he did not.
James is very good at speaking in laymens terms about things.
I highly recommend THIS Staples as not all Staples stores are like this.

The print staff is fantastic. I love going there. I drive all the way from Kingsland instead of Jax because they make my job easier with no hassles. Thank you!!!

I could not find anywhere that could print my business cards same day or even next day after my local HUGE office supply franchise screwed up my order. I called all over Brunswick on my way to my conference and Danielle at this Staples was able to get them just in time!

They were the only place in town with the ink I needed in stock! Great service associates.

Went there to get my phone repaired as it was cracked pretty badly. James who not only did a great job repairing it, but could tell was passionate about his work and in technology. I saw when I was retrieving my phone after about an hour and a half (short duration) James helping a person outside in the parking lot. If that doesn’t say great and caring at his job, I don’t know what will.

Took my laptop in to the Easy Tec area in store. James sat down with the laptop and did a full clean n review COMPLIMENTARY! James was so efficient I would not want to go anywhere else. I saw a sign said " Repair in 1 day" I dont think anyone can compete with the Service I got. Soooooooooo THANKFUL!

I would love to give a gang of praise for Rose in the marketing & printing dept. She was a gem and helped me save a ton of money when I had very little. She has a sunny personality with beautiful qualities and smile & a knowingness about her profession. She knew exactly who I was, from previous visits and our encounter was magical. Thanks Rose for all that you do especially during this time of Convid-19 chaos. Blessings iRejoyce

We needed copies and printing and we had Olivia as our sales associate and she was fantastic!! Went over and above to help us and it was super easy and fast service. What a great employee. She needs a raise!!
