Physician's Express Care at Duluth

I came in for a COVID test after I was traveling. I was a walk-in patient was seen and out the door within an hour. They also have the option of waiting in your car which I liked too. I'd definitely revisit this clinic again in the future!

This is an amazing urgent care!

Went in because I wasn't feeling well and expected a long wait like most urgent care facilities, but they actually got me in and out very quickly! They took the time to address my concerns and I didn't have to wait long at all.

They also have flu shots here.

Office is very spacious and clean. The staff and providers were all very kind and friendly, service was great!

If you ever aren't feeling well, I highly recommend coming to Physician's Express Care.

This place was a great find!! It is certainly not like most urgent care clinics that I have visited. It's clean, the staff are very pleasant, organized, and knowledgeable. Even as a walk-in, there was practically no wait time. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

The nurse practitioner was very sweet and helpful. You can tell she know what she doing I think her name name was Brooke!

Great place! No wait when I went in and super professional and CLEAN. Told me I had strep and sent me off with a RX. I would go back!

I love this place!!! I don’t go anywhere else for my health concerns!! Got my flu shot here it was so quick and easy! Highly Recommend :-)

There was no wait and the staff was excellent.

I went there today for sore throat. I intially thought that I had strep throat. The PA A. Kent was not very helpful. Although she performed a strep test, I felt the amount of information that she gave me was very limited. It was not busy at all, but I felt very rushed. I will not be returning. I may go to another location- just to get more information. Hopefylly, they will not charge me.

Disappointed, went there done the covid testing, didn't have insurance card at hand due to working remotely, paid out of pocket $165. Try to call insurance to provide temp card, staff over there mentioned that I could reimburse by submitting claim which I did. It turned out that's not the case, ended up paying $40 out of pocket eventually due to misleading information from this place, won't go there next time. They didn't give you heads up regarding necessary information.

I just looked this place up on google and it says Covid-testing site and walk in welcome. Says that their Duluth office is open. I called to confirm and they said that I had to make an appointment and that their Duluth site is closed. Told them that their website said otherwise and they said I was wrong, when I had their website up in front of me reading it. I wish people would get their facts straight and not argue with customers who have questions and looking for care.
