I like this store the prices are good and I have no complaints about the quality of anything I've ever bought

I had a very pleasant experience in Harbor Freight Tools. It was clean and well organized. I bought was going to buy a 50 pack of razors and asked the cashier if they had the 10 pack instead. She stopped what she was doing, looked up the item, and saw some had come in on the delivery truck. She then had someone bring it up to me. I appreciated it because it saved me a couple of bucks. Thank you again for your help!

Always great price on tools large variety. I saw they added sand paper to their inventory which is nice. Were low on drimmel speciality bits but staff nice as usual

My favorite store in all of Brunswick! The staff is wonderful and Bob (the manager) is always there to help customers as well. This is one of the cleanest HF stores I've enjoyed across 5-6 different states.

Great place to shop for tools. Great prices for good tools. Every employee I have met so far was very courteous and knowledgeable about the tools and their location in the store. Kevin, one of the head managers always makes time to say hello when I go by the store. The store is always clean and very well stocked. I have never seen for myself, any employee just standing around. They are always moving and constantly blocking shelves to maintain the appearance of the store. Brunswick has to be one, of not the best location I’ve been to. Keep up the great work Brunswick location!

Great service and awesome deals

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has a good variety of power and hand tools, gardening, car care and cleaning products along with other miscellaneous items. They have in-store discounts and sale items along with free items offered with select coupons. One or two-year warranties can be purchased on power tools which is good investment for any items that will go through high use. You can also join their customer loyalty program and receive notifications, sales notices and additional discounts on store products.

Great price and knowledgeable people

When the store manager, Kevin, didn't have what I needed for my husband's birthday in stock, he found it at another store and helped me arrange to buy it there. All while knowing the other store would get credit for the sale. That kind of service will keep us shopping with Harbor Freight.

Harbor Freight Tools,located in Brunswick,Ga is a clean,neat organized store. The customer service is excellent, each clerk goes out of their way to be helpful. I had phoned earlier to see if they had what we wanted was in stock,they had 2 on the shelf. This was important to me as we live about 30 miles from the store. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and didn't talk down to me,as can be the case at times. All in all it was a good trip and I recommend this store.

Love harbor freight. They are so friendly and helpful. Even went in once and manager told us that someone had returned something under our name, but wasn't us. The are eager to help locate what you need, and if they don't have it they will not hesitate to tell you where else you might be able to find it. The prices are great and the can take a joke. Love this place.

Came in for a return with my 2 daughters (an arm baby and a toddler) and he practically made it effortless i swear the world needs a Bob in every store🫂🫂🫂

My husband & I shopped the Brunswick store today because there was a big item they had in stock. Whole experience was top notch with each salesman ready to assist whether it was asking if you had a coupon or if they could help in some other way. Very impressed with Leslie, the manager when asked where something was located she could spit out the aisle number off the top of her head.

Staff very friendly. Great prices ( especially what I was lookin for ). Plus coupons always a plus. Was right there asking if I ( and everyone else that came in the store ) if they needed assistance finding anything. I didnt require any help but I was listening to one employee with a customer, very knowledgeable of products and exactly where to find them. Note....I'm not familiar with this brand, so I guess I will find out shortly. Also bought 40' ruler and magnetic bit holder.
