I did some on-line research and purchased a pair of Addidas that turned out to be a poor fit. I returned them to the store and Zach quickly processed the return and then spent time with me to find the shoe and technology that was a much better fit. A very positive experience from Zach and his front end team

Zach, the store manager, is the epitome of customer service. This man should be at every single retail store in the world showing everyone exactly how customer service needs to be. Asking questions to make sure he gives the right answer, doesn't walk away when someone is asking him a question, goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.
I asked a question about a track jacket in my size and told me that with low inventory coming in, it'll be a little while before they restock.
Asked about sale items, and gave a very detailed response as to what sale was actually going on.
Struggled to pick between 2 sizes, 1 smaller and 1 bigger, and asked if they just happened to have my actual size in the back. Got his scanner gun to find out there was 1 left and took his time in finding it and bringing it out to me.
Zach you are awesome. Continue to be great and having a great team behind you.

It's a nice store with friendly staff and was pretty clean. They were having a 40% off sticker price sale and were giving a set of 3 masks with purchases. I grabbed 3 pairs of shorts and and fanny pack for jogging.

When you can find your size, it's a Win. You can't run in and out. You have to spend a little time looking to find those hidden gems.

This is one of my favorite stores in the Sugarloaf Mills Mall this store always have a sale and since the renovation...WOW! it's so nice the staff is courteous and the store very organized I will enjoy my purchase and return soon for more shoes this summer.
