Line was long but went fast. They didn’t follow me around the store like I was going to steal like they do in NJ. I appreciate that. There is a way to monitor theft without making people feel like you’re watching their every move and this store has mastered that by not hovering around every minority person that comes in. Teach that to the Paramus, NJ and Elizabeth, NJ store. 👀🫣

I went to Nike Factory Store in Sugarloaf Mills. Great experience, customer service by Jerome was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable about shoe industry and asked few questions about my life style and recommend right shoes. I was just visiting but after this I left with one pair of Nike shoe. He went above and beyond to make my experience great.

Annie was super kind and helpful with my order delivery complicated situation at noon, really appreciated!!! Friendly staff and clean, nice store at Sugarmill location.

My first time inside this store. Was in to exchange an online order. I can't speak on the team on the floor, but the greeter and the guy (smalls) that handled my return were top notch in their service! Wasn't able to complete what I needed (that falls on bad info from the chat feature in the app) but I'll definitely return to THIS location when I need to.

Had to exchange recently bought LeBron shoes for smaller size. They were very helpful in giving exchange. The lady at counter showed me how to use the nike app. Friendly reps.

Can’t get enough of these stores. Good to know that one is close by, and, at least for my visits, hasn’t disappointed me yet. Only “complaint” (if you want to go that far) is that there are never any Nike golf pants available. I’ve been there and only once have they had a pair and of course they were to big. I’ve been to another location and they had quite a few to choose from. Not high priority but it’d be nice.

They had a good selection of sneakers, in the size that I needed. The cashier was even nice enough to help me navigate the app. I think his name was Brian.

They really had 200$ shoes for 125$ and it wasn't even on sale. 10/10

Let me start by saying, I am an Adidas fan thru and thru. I only went to Nike after my Adidas run to feel out what the deals were.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received from when I walked in the door around 1:20 pm ish on Sunday (7/30). All the associates answered any questions I had. And there were many deals I couldn’t not pass up on for back to school.

The check-out line was long, but it moved quickly! I already had in my head what I was gonna spend (based on my math with the sales posted), but when I got to check-out I was greeted with more discounts I did not even notice.

Major credit to Kia walking thru my savings and making sure everything was in order. She was very nice! I did not feel rushed or anything. I will definitely make it a point to come this Nike first before going to the Adidas next time I’m around this mall!

Efficient and friendly, line was out the door! These folks are doing their thing! In n out for a return, thought for sure I was going to be here awhile but NOPE! Awesome job!

I can always find what I’m looking for here for my growing son. Wish the prices were a bit more reasonable. Like the selection and the staff is friendly and helpful always.

This place has lots of shoes for all people. I bought a pair of Nike's for 40 bucks! Such a good deal for a pair of brand new shoes. I definitely recommended buying shoes from here, it's worth the price.

Visit was good they helped me quickly return my son's shoes and event tho they weren't in stock they helped me order the correct size and shipped them to the house.
