I mentioned the other week to some friends that at one time the worst pain I knew was labor pain....
until I had a tooth abscess- definitely worse.
And then ... THEN I experienced car shopping with a teenager!
There is no pain that compares!
Seriously!!!

This pain, however, was totally alleviated once we came across Pinnacle Automotive and our impressive salesman, Chris! I cannot praise his awesome customer service enough! His patient, laid-back, friendly, no pressure service was the absolute best and made the experience - dare I say - enjoyable.

Pinnacle Automotive advertises having cars for $1000 to $500,000 - and while we unfortunately weren’t there to purchase the showroom Lamborghini, ‘68 Camaro, or Knight Rider Trans Am, we weren’t treated with any less respect. We were fortunate enough to find a car within our budget that was even better than we ever thought we’d come across. It was full of bells and whistles and as spotless as a brand new car ... despite being 7 years old.

We will definitely keep Pinnacle Automotive at the top of our list the next time the need arises for a vehicle. It’s great knowing too, that if they don’t have what we’re looking for - they will search for us!

I have purchased both new and used cars from many places. The purchasing experience at Pinnacle was by far the best i have experienced. I found, both my sales person and the finance person to be amazingly informative, fair, and honest. They went out of their way to make the buying experience comfortable. They made sure the vehicle I purchased was in good working order, and I cant imagine looking anywhere else when I am ready to purchase again.

The customer service here is AMAZING! They're helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We recently purchased a vehicle from them and they went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we needed and at a fair price. They also made the purchasing process so incredibly easy. Great experience purchase a vehicle from them yesterday. This is definitely not the home of the " high pressure" sales people! I found a vehicle I was interested in via car guru and went out to their dealership to check it out. I appreciated their low key no pressure type of approach, sales guy seemed genuinely interested in what I was trying to do. I purchased a Mercedes GL 450 from them . They even took my old S500 in on trade, with almost 200k miles on it; it definitely had its fair share of issues!! I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone in the market for a new ride, good folks to deal with!

Excellent selection of cars and a great building and lot. Location was close to my home and I was in the market for a newer car so after browsing on the internet I went to Pinnacle first and did not bother looking anywhere else. Brad was excellent and I found a car I wanted on their lot. They gave me a good price on my trade in and love my new car! The entire experience went very smooth and was definitely one of my best experiences buying a used car. Jerry is One of the nicest guys I've met. Took us to the back and let us see each car selection and the price ranges. Great prices. And the first thing he asked was how was my day going and plans for summer. He means business but loves to learn about new people. Very professional

We had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Automotive. I asked Brad if he would send me pictures of everything he seen wrong with the Yukon we were looking at, since we were going to be flying down from Michigan. These guys are fantastic. Yes, they are toward the high end but they are great. Jeff has taken care of me above and beyond on two purchases in the last two years. I don't judge a transaction on how great the deal, but also on how well you are treated after the deal and these guys have gone above and beyond for me numerous times. I will continue to buy cars from them over and over again.

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. I found the vehicle on carfax and did my research. Got right in to test drive and put a down payment on it that night. Chris was awesome to work with. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

My family and I have purchased 7 cars from Pinnacle over the last 6 years. You dont spend that much in one place unless you are treated well and given a fair offer on your trade and or are paying a fair market price. The staff at Pinnacle are pros, Rocky Hauhe and Chris Manion are always great to work with!

If your looking for a high quality services and a top end, used sport or luxury car this is the place to go. I have bought a ton of cars and I can say this was one of the best experiences. Even when i had questions after or an issue they addressed it quickly. Brad was my sales man and will tell everyone to go to him when are looking for a car.

Easiest car I've ever bought. Showed up and got straight to business after the test drive. Brad made the experience extremely comfortable. I hate the dealerships of "Well, let me go talk to my manager and see if we can get you a better deal...." I'll be coming back when it's time to get another vehicle.

Saw the 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX Hatch on CarGurus. Had to call, then find my way the to look at it. The manager was on his way out of town, but still hung out for me to come look this beast over! Had to drive it the next day. Came back that Saturday, two days later. The finance guy/owner had just come back into town from vacation and came in to write the sale up. Got me a great finance interest rate and payment and paid off my old car!

Had some minor questions/issues with the vehicle that they stood behind with no hesitation. Got them taken care of ASAP and introduced me to a great garage now!

I could go on and on, but bottom line, I will be doing business with these folks again! I felt, and still feel, extremely comfortable with these guys. No reservations at all!

My overall experience of buying a car from this shop was superb. Jerry, Sales Manager, was very pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond to close this deal.
This shop has very good collection of cars, and they can also find one if you have a specific requirement.

We bought a 2011 Mitsubishi Eclipse from Pinnacle. The dealership tends toward much higher end cars than what we purchased, but we always felt as highly valued customers. Jeff helped us through every step of the process, and made everything as seamless and easy as possible. I would certainly do business with them again in the future.

Although they did not have what I was looking for this time. They did early last year when we picked up an 07 Mercury Mountineer Premier Edition with 70k miles on it that looked like it just rolled off the line and I would know what one looked like since I built them for over 10 years during my 18 years of employment with FoMoCo at St. Louis Assembly Plant.
Beautiful vehicle that drives and runs as good as it looks. During our search to buy a used F series truck these past couple months every dealer wanted us to trade it in, they even offered to buy it outright. Not bad for a 12 year old vehicle. That's why we went back looking for an F series but didn't have what we were looking for.

The vehicle of my dreams, which is now a reality, is a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sport/TJ with 4.0. She has a Soft Top, Sound Bar, and Roll Bar. She has zero rust. She has 122,000 miles. She has a super clean Carfax, 2 owners, and is super clean inside and outside, and she is clean under the hood. Chris and Jerry were extremely patient with me, while I was getting everything squared away between the bank and the appraiser. Pinnacle Automotive Gallery is THE place to go for Jeeps!!
