I was able to return a pair of shoes (manufacturers error ) and the manager was professional and glad to help me even though I had no receipt!! Only proof from my bank statement! Great service, you should promote this last because she has the skills !! African American lady in her ( 40’s) didn’t remember her name . I was there in 4/ 16/ 21 Friday :) sugar loaf mills location

I arrived at the store simply trying to exchange one shoe that was the incorrect size. An employee earlier gave me one shoe with the wrong size and I just wanted to replace it with the right size. I went before closing and the gate was closed. I then tried to get the attention of an employee in which I succeeded but she simply proceeded to act like we were not here. I proceeded to call where I was met with the manager at the time “Valerie” who said it was her store and if she wanted to close early she could. There were no signs on the door saying that were closing early, nothing displayed on their website. Over the phone said that since there’s covid they closed early and that if I wanted to get covid I could come inside. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have opened the door and explained that and why I had to go the extra mile to call, in which she had an attitude. I get that it is covid but if a customer received a wrong shoe size from an employee then that employee needs to rectify the issue. Simple customer service. I was not satisfied.

THIS IS THE WORST STORE WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I drove 2.5 - 3 hrs to this store for one particular shoe for my daughter! (CHACOS 10) Only to get there and the shoe be damaged and them only having the one! None of the managers would call other locations I did it in the store myself! Luckily the next closest store was only 10 minutes away and the lady normally worked at the store I was currently at. So I had to pay full price for a damaged shoe and then drive another 10 mins to a different location for that manger to help me!!! Also the previous review is correct about waiting for the other shoe! 20 freaking mins.

They say they close at 9pm but somehow they were closed by 7:30 on a Thursday
