State Clerk of the Court

Such a great experience with the Deputy Court Clerk, Cassandra Custer. I called to gather some information about an old charge (or two, yikes) and how to get certification paperwork and Cassandra was patient and very helpful. She was kind and professional. When I showed up to get my paperwork- she already had everything prepared and ready for me! She definitely made this transaction quick, easy, and painless. Thanks Cassandra!! Awful, they have had a ticket in there possession since may29th! I just called to ask a question about the citation. She was rude! Super short! Didn’t even get to ask what I wanted without a smart answer before I could finish. Every office I’ve called about this stupid citation has been nice but you guys. Get it together man with your bias , and dumb police you got (watching) our streets. Badge 216 sucks and so does the representation of this office! Rude women answering questions over the phone bad idea . How stupid can you be get it together. Awful service awful bias police. 5 months and no court date!:) terrible absolutely trash. The lady over the phone is absolutely trash! Said I don’t have to give my name sir. Been dealing with this since Memorial Day.
