There are not enough words to say how much I appreciate AutoZone at this location being open until 9:00 p.m. on New Year's Day. Sam and Dion were so helpful and made sure I had the correct part. Sam even allowed me to try something on the car before I bought it to make sure it fit. The customer service is second to none. Five stars for this location

After two months my car battery (still under warranty) died. AZ confirmed it was the battery and promptly replaced it with a new one on the spot. The sales staff could not have been more courteous and friendly. I’ll continue to shop there with confidence.

Fast and easy! Went inside and asked for a light. The guy help me out with a positive attitude.

The best customer service I have ever gotten at any store. We had the WORST day stuck on the road for hours with a dead battery waiting for AAA. So it was a great relief to interact with such amazingly kind and professional staff. The wonderful man who installed our new battery even mentioned our brake fluid was a little low. In addition, autozone had several choices of the battery we needed in stock. The first store we tried only had batteries for cars built after 2000. Not helpful. So we really appreciated autozone and this particular autozone’s amazing employees. My only regret is that I did not get the name of the very nice man who installed the battery in our 97 truck! Thank you very nice man!!!

I give 5 stars for not calling cops for us sleeping in the parking lot till you guys open then came out to test the alternator

I cannot begin to describe the kind of service we received from this store. These men went out of there way, above and beyond to take care of me and my family as we were broken down at a rest stop. Definitely A+++ service! Southern hospitality at it's finest ♡

HWY 341 location has provided me the absolute best customer service i have ever received. i needed a battery for my vehicle; there were 2 associates in the store around 2:30pm there was a woman and a man... even though they were kind of busy both associates were friendly and more than helpful. i just wanted to give these 2 praise. the gentleman changed my battery out and was absolutely great. this is my new auto zone. thank you two.

Had brake line issues on my truck and basically was immobile until the issue was fixed. Mechanic shops were backed up and couldn't take me. Mobile repair rigs were all backed up with work as well. Gary showed me all the exact parts I needed to fix it and how to go about fixing it with said parts. Forever grateful for him helping us get back down the road. 🙌

I love this place, they saved me alot of time, money and stress today. My car Battery was acting up, and causing me to get stuck in places, needing a jump off, so I called Auto Zone, and this store didn't have it, but she found 1 in a store across town. I immediately drove over, and purchased it, before it was gone, and I would have had to go to the Dealership, and pay more. The customer service guy, put it in for me with a smile. Awesome job in customer service.

Great, they had everything I needed and more. With the AutoZone rewards app I got $5 off and points towards more discounts. I do most of the service and repairs and 6 vehicles and it's great to have an AutoZone just around the corner.

Darnell was so helpful in checking my battery charge. I will continue to drive out to 341, which is the furthest out Auto Zone, because they are always so professional and helpful.

We were traveling from NY to FL when our vehicle’s check engine light came on. We stopped at this AutoZone and James P. read the car codes and helped us understand the situation. With his help, we were able to continue on our trip. Thank you James P. and AutoZone!

I always go to this location and now I have my daughter going here always get great service no matter how busy they are they get to you as quickly as possible and are still as helpful when it is your turn. Thank you to everyone at this location.
