I walked in today with a horrible sound coming from my right front wheel well. I asked if someone could look at my vehicle and tell me what was going on. Within minutes, they had my Explorer diagnosed, with a very reasonable quote. I was there for maybe 1.5 hours. Parts were delivered, my suv was fixed and ready to go! Outstanding and honest service! I will absolutely be using this establishment for all my future mechanical needs!!!

My alternator went out Driving from Florida to South Carolina and I'm so glad it happened here. Thank you for the fastest ( same day) service, great conversation and making me feel at home. Glad I found this gem.

We called Dixie Dan's from the side of I-95, after reaching out to about 8 other auto shops, who turned us down for assistance on a Monday around 11am (which is mind-blowing to me). They agreed to take us and try to look at it that day, as we were 300 miles from home. The office lady and Dan himself were very nice and reassuring and were able to get us in, get the part, fix our vehicle, and have us on the road in just over an hour!!!!! They were a lifesaver. The office lady, I wish I could recall her name, was so nice, offering us beverage and letting us wait there while they worked on it. Thank you guys so much, from the bottom of our hearts.

I had an oil filter from a boat engine, I just could not remove. I stopped in and the grey haired guy working there (didn’t get his name). removed it for me in a few minutes. Told me to have a good day and did not even charge me. Nice guy. I would definitely use their shop the next time I need my car repaired.
