Simply Done Donuts

Simply Done Donuts food truck is amazing. The donuts were made right in front of us. They were fresh, warm and absolutely delicious!! Because they came to a tenant appreciation in our office park, we had 6 choices. That was hard! I can't imagine how I would choose from more!! I chose French Toast, and it did not disappoint!!

An Amazing Donut Stop!!

Donuts -- good luck trying to limit your selection to only 8! These donuts were absolutely amazing! Perfect combination of flavors and such a wide variety of choices. It was actually difficult. We went with Butterfinger, Snickers, Fruity Pebbles, The Elvis, Back to School (pop rock candy!!), Apple Pie, Strawberry Cheesecake, & Chocolate/Bacon. These are perfect little bites of happiness. There were so many choices that I wanted to try but we decided to just get a few this time.

Service -- super friendly and helpful customer service. There may be a wait, but it goes pretty fast. Each donut is made to order so it may take more time then normal ready-made donut stops, but totally worth it.

Interior/Vibes -- cool vibes inside with every donut available in big pictures with labels above counter to entice your decisions. Not a ton of space inside, but there's tables outside as well.

Value -- good value with cost, especially for how good the donuts are and likely rest of coffee menu looks pretty good too.

Overall -- little bites of amazing donuts and happiness to be had and yet another amazing spot in Downtown Duluth!

I was meandering through the streets because I wasn’t yet ready to go home and happened upon the food truck. There was a line, so I pulled into the lot and walked up to claim a space.

The gentleman taking orders was just as excited as I was that this was my first time experiencing them. He was patient and silly and fun! After ordering and while waiting for it to be made, I was able to peruse their merchandise as well as hear a mini concert from one of the staff inside the truck.

As you can tell from my photo, the donuts were gorgeous! And yes, they tasted as fabulous as they looked! I plan on visiting them again in a few weeks to try more flavors.

Perfect addition to our church event! We recently had the donut truck at an event our church was having on Sunday and it was great! They served 2 kinds of donuts (that we picked) fresh to our congregation. The service was quick, and friendly. The truck was able to be pulled up right on the patio so you could grab a donut and go back into the lobby to connect. We will surely think of them again when the right event is happening!

While walking around Parson’s Alley after lunch, we saw a sign pointing around the corner to a donut shop.  We followed the signs to Simply Done Donuts, which was kind of hidden around the corner. We entered and stood back a little to review the menu on the wall.  As we were reviewing, we were welcomed and guided up to the front counter. It turned out the guy who guided us to the front was the owner. He owns it with his wife, who was making the donuts in the back.  He gave us the full newbie run down and explanation.  He was super patient, pleasant and answered all of our questions.   All the options sounded and looked delicious. All the donuts are mini-sized and we eventually decided on an 8 pack to share. The interior had a great setup with plenty of seating.  Wifey went to the side window to watch as the donuts were being made and decorated.  I started chatting with the owner as he was tidying up the dining area. He was sweeping and picking up the slightest speck of dirt on the floor.   The interior and rest room were SUPER clean. Oh and did I mention, everything we tasted was delicious. We will definitely be going back when in the area.

Loved it! This was our first time and it did not disappoint. The donuts were small, perfect size for me and packed with so much goodness!
We order 8 and all of the were so good that we needed to take a some more home.

We hired Simply Done Donuts Food Truck for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. It was AMAZING. Karissa was easy to work with and made the special treat truly special. They showed up on time and worked efficiently to serve donuts, coffee, and hot cocoa for 2 hours. Also, it was 12 degrees outside and they still cranked out hot donuts! I would highly recommend renting the food truck for private events such as Mitzvahs, weddings, etc.

I am so glad I booked Simply Done Donuts for our block party. Their food truck was picture perfect and the made-fresh donuts filled the neighborhood with a delicious smell! The catering director was easy to work with to book the date and select the appropriate amount and time for our gathering and Joey, the donut chef on site, was a delight! Thanks for making our party a huge hit!

Absolutely delicious donuts! Fresh made to order with a fun window to look through and watch them top your donut with whatever toppings you chose right after it comes out of the fryer. Super moist and delicious donut, I could have eaten a dozen without blinking. Staff was very friendly and service was very quick, especially considering they make each to order. Facility was clean and neat. We will definitely be coming back and I will be getting more than the two I ordered to eat this time, I'm thinking probably at least 6 just for myself!

Simply Done Donuts catered dessert for our wedding and it was fantastic! We selected a variety of their donuts and every flavor was absolutely delicious - guests loved them! The mini donut size was perfect. Lacey was so great to work with to get everything all set, and the cost was very affordable for such high quality. Highly recommend!!

The employees are super friendly and know you by name if you're a "regular." Brigid is especially nice about saying hello and making conversation while she makes donuts for our kids and coffee for us. Wish we lived a bit closer so we could still come weekly, but this is a fun tasty treat of mini donuts and good coffee when we are on this side of town.

Famous Atlanta boutique mini donut maker endorsed by movie celebrities…I found this dessert hideaway while exploring the downtown Duluth street food court. Crazy good concept of making the cream covered goodies right in front of you. Owners are super friendly, the coffee is award winning, and it was a feel-good nook to hang out. Five sticky sugar fingers way, way up!

They did my gender reveal donuts! I loved it so much and the guests loved it!

We've used Simply Done Donuts a number of times for large events and they are a fan favorite! Our families love their different flavors and the kids love to see the donuts come out hot and fresh.

On the back end, Karissa and Joey are so so easy to work with and are one of my favorite vendors to use. I always know that once I've got them booked, I don't have to worry about a thing.

I have ordered from here twice for delivery and the vegan donuts are AMAZING!! My girlfriend- not vegan- loves them as well! MUST TRY THE VEGAN ONES!!

Great experience with the donut truck at my office. Simply Done came by in their donut truck to provide the entire office (100+ people) with hot, fresh donuts and hot cocoa. Most importantly, everything was hot, fresh, and delicious and got rave reviews from the employees. It was a great pick-me-up for the team, especially on a cold Winter day. But in addition to the tasty treats, I also want to mention that the team was great to work with throughout the entire experience. The planning was easy (very responsive to my e-mails) and the team arrived early to start getting ready and delivered exactly what was promised. I will work with them again in the future and I encourage others to patronize them as well.

We had eaten from the “Simply Donuts” food truck at a wedding, and it was so good we reached out to the couple to get the information afterwards! We just used the food truck for our son’s fourth birthday party. Lacey, the catering manager, was very responsive and helped us pick a package that worked for our party. The whole booking process was seamless. On the day of, the food truck was prompt and the staff were personable. The donuts were SO good. Each order comes with 4 donuts of one flavor, and everyone had fun sharing with each other and trying all the different flavors. We had hot cocoa as part of our package, and that was good as well. We made a little “hot chocolate bar” next to the food truck with things people could add (marshmellows, peppermint, etc) and that was a hit too. We had been a little on the fence about booking the truck for our son’s party since we didn’t have enough guests to meet the minimum and had to order extra, but it was definitely worth it. Will do again!

Super cute little shop right in downtown Duluth. They have various beverages and a good assortment of tasty little donuts to choose from. I got a box of 8 and a regular coffee, and my friends got boxes to bring home for their kids. They’re the perfect size for little ones, or to snack on a bunch of different flavors with less guilt 😂. Great service and good vibes. Will be back soon 🍩 ☕

If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE Simply Done Donuts! All of their flavors are amazing! I’ve been a couple times but recently I tried their coffee and OMG! I came back 2 days later because I was craving their coffee!! Make sure you order a iced caramel macchiato and ask for their coffee ice cubes!! Those ice cubes make such a huge difference and makes your coffee taste even stronger and not watered down! I live 40 mins away and will always make a drive to get my donut and coffee fix!
The staff are also amazing! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and everyone has a smile on their face! It makes you feel good that they are so happy to serve you!
The shop is also spotless!!! It’s so clean and cozy! You can sit there and drink your coffee, eat your donuts, and probably order another round of donuts to take home!

Absolutely love this place!!! My husband is a big donut fan and loves to rate/try different donut shops and he says this is by far one of his favs! I love that the donuts are minis and so cute! We’ve tried almost all the flavors and there isn’t one we don’t like! 10/10
