I would like to write a great review on Alexis at Sugarloaf Mill location. I been trying process online order since this morning . When I tell you she went above and beyond to help me process my online or and pickup the gift today . I would like the manager to please give her a raise . She was so polite, excellent customer service. I most definitely coming back and recommend her to family / friends.

Alexis was amazing! Her customer service was top notch. I looked at so many different rings and had her running around the store. Alexis was able to get me a great deal! I highly recommend working with her if you come to Kay.

Customer service here is top tier, i was lucky to work with kadera a associate at kay’s she was absolutely amazing, she knew exactly what i wanted and she provided me with many choices and worked with me through it all! i would definitely recommend stopping in and asking for kadera her services were amazing! happy customer, thank you kadera and thank you kay’s!

I had a great experience with this location. While searching for a ring I’ve visited over 6 jewelry stores before I came across this location and met Lailah! She was extremely helpful and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything until I was happy with my purchase. Definitely stop by to see her!!

Martin is great, he gets to know what you are looking for and is patient and knowledgeable . Even though he is the store manager he takes his time to give the customer the attention and guidance deserved while still being attentive of his employees and other guest. His level of customer service keeps me coming back to his store despite it not being close to my home.

I wish I could attach the beautiful ring I purchased from Martin in store. He was very professional, respected my price point, and delivered more than what I needed for a replacement ring. Go in and ask for him, you won't be disappointed. I will purchase more beautiful jewelry from him!

ABDIANABEL was amazing. Tabatha was cool too. Wouldn’t have spent the $600 I did if it weren’t for them.

I had trouble locating my receipt. I called the customer service line and was told that it was not in the system. They told me to go back to the store I purchased from. Well obviously I couldn’t remember as to the reason I called the general number lol. I went to the location at Sugarloaf and Martin was able to locate my receipt within 5 minutes. Martin is the best!!!
