Target

I'm leaving a review because I received some really exceptional service from this store tonight. I was looking for a specific product. I live in Appleton & called 7 other Targets in my area & surrounding prior to this one. I have been looking for this product for about a week now & no luck until tonight. I unfortunately did not get the name of the team lead who helped me tonight, but I do believe his name was Martin. He stayed on the phone with me & was very kind & patient as I didn't have any information about this product besides very general information. Its not often I receive such kind service but tonight I actually felt like he cared that I found what I was looking for & went above & beyond I really do a apperciate that.Thank you! ❤

I first shopped one way back in 1979 in Minot ND. Then went almost 20 years as Chicago didn't have Target until the late 90s. I Have been a guest since. Didn't have a Red Card credit account until 2012, just got my new one! I usually am a Target guest once or twice a week.

Excellent customer service target my to go place then walmart good quality stuff although not a fan of target clothe or walmarts but targets have way much better customer service friendly and very clean as walmart is not

Highly recommend the Target FondDuLac store. It is super clean and tidy. I also love how organized it is. Easy to find items and to find help if needed. Most of all, the workers are knowledgeable, super friendly and kind. They will go out of their way to help you with your Target app or any questions you may have. They take the time! You are NOT just a dollar sign.

Every time I shop at Target in Fond du Lac when Ann is my cashier, I know it's going to be a very pleasant experience. She's great with customers, always has a smile on her face and does whatever is necessary to make sure that you leave the store satisfied. When I could easily go to numerous different retail establishments to buy the kinds of things that I typically purchase at Target, you begin to realize that it's really about the employees that you deal with and what they do to make your day a bit better...and in that arena, Target has nothing to worry about as long as Ann is working. Kudos to her !! 😁👍

Has all the items I want and even a wide assortment of groceries...a one stop shopping experience!

I’ve had consistently good experiences with products and customer service at Target. I don’t know what I would do without Target pick up and returns are always quick and easy. It’s my go to shop from clothes to necessities for my family. Great prices, good selection and good quality.

The Fond Du Lac, WI location is definitely one of my favorite Target Location. Awesome atmosphere and the staff is excellent.

Great selection and competitive prices. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and bright. I like having the Starbucks counter in the store!

Stopped in at this Target a few times due to being in the area. Super clean and well organized. Super friendly and helpful staff. Emily was a huge help at customer service with a return I had; great customer service skills and was helpful to other staff.

I don't frequent Target that much, so I am a little bit at a loss as to where things are. I had a wonderful gentleman help me find the one thing that i could not find. I wish I would have been able to catch his name - very friendly, great smile and when the twine I was looking for wasn't in the first place, he happily led me to the second place. GREAT customer service with a smile!!

Target is always Clean and has the Nicest Employees, There is a Walmart in same area but I hate having to go in there, I am relly glad you are carrying more grocery items now. I Love Target!

Very good shopping experience. Everything was very well labeled, which made my shopping trip very easy and hassle free.

We come here a couple times a month. We use the target app and order everything we need and go right inside to the pickup area. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. This target is nice and clean and worth the drive I would highly recommend!

I love Target! I prefer to shop here for household items, but not food. The food selection isn't what I need, although sometimes they have good offers that make certain items cheaper than what I would find elsewhere. I also love the Target Circle Offers that are specific to things I buy.

Awesome employees. Clean, stocked store. This is my first time visiting this location and it was a great experience. We had the most kind, knowledgeable, helpful young woman that checked us out. I wish I would have caught her name (she did have a name tag on but didn’t look). Thanks Fondulac target and employees, ya’ll doing a great job!
Pleasant customer service goes along way!

We can almost always find what we're looking for, plus they update the selection so often so it's fun finding new products. Another plus is that they carry my favorite hair care and beauty products! I took a cruelty-free pledge a few years back and have since found that it's not always easy finding quality products that also fit your morals and values. Target has become my go-to for my beauty regimen!

Went to the Fond du Lac Target store today to pick up an order and purchase additional items. Sales people very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Left store so glad that I shopped at the Fond du Lac Target store today! :)
