I visited the Kohl's in Fonddulac, WI. The store is clean and I didn't have to wait too long for a checkout. And I was looking for a fleece cuddle duds top and they had a lot of different fleece and other base cuddle duds. The check out lady was very helpful and pleasant to me. She talked to me and asked if I found what I was looking for. I like going to this Kohls store.

The store was very busy, but in spite a that there were a couple of associates that were outstanding. They were very willing to help me & answer my questions. I wish I knew their names.

I appreciate the variety of clothing for women and yg women. It would be nice to have a larger section for boys clothing. Also, I feel improved special lighting in the fitting rooms would be helpful to make you look better in your decision to purchase. TJMAXX does this.

The Amazon return area is a little far back if you have trouble walking but they were quick and polite.

Kohls has a large variety of items, much more so at Christmas. I went early, it wasn't very crowded, the customer service staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a shirt to the counter that needed to be exchanged for a different size, while I shopped for more. You can't beat that, and with their coupons and kohls cash, I felt like I got a great deal. Very satisfied.
