Sunset On The Water

My wife and I enjoyed this place a lot. It was our first time and had to sit outside with a glass of wine and a cold beer overlooking the lake. She had a crunchy chicken wrap and i had french onion soup and a huge burger. It was all delicious and the staff was really nice and attentive. Had a great afternoon here and highly recommend it.

We had a group here for lunch on Monday and can't rave enough about the service, food and cleanliness of the restaurant. From the ease of working with them to arrange things ahead of time to the moment we wrapped up and left was flawless. The attentiveness of the waitstaff did not go unnoticed and our passengers are still talking about the excellent food! We will absolutely keep Sunset on the Water on our books for future trips to that area.

5 star for the location. Food was ok. Waffle fries were crispy. Open patio was beautiful. Staffs were very welcoming and friendly. Had Hummus with Pita and Sunset Lounge Burger.

Visited on a trip earlier in the month. Mega busy on a Friday night, but the wait staff was amazing.

Ordered an amazing pork chop and sides. Portions were great, everything was delicious, drinks were made well, and the view is just a beautiful perk to the restaurant.

We just had our family Christmas party in their rental room. We had family style chicken and tips. Staff was awesome. Great place for a small group. Staff was great.

Great food! Good service and prices. Sat outside and watched the water and sun and had some cold drinks! Another trip here on a friday. Beautiful day on the patio. Food and service was good.

Our server is awesome. I love their gyro and gyro salad. The pita bread, Greek dressing are homemade. The location is by the lake, so relaxing and great view.

We heard this place had award winning prime rib dinners so we had to go since we were going to be 50 miles away. Great place on the lake and the food was fantastic. We will be up next year and will definitely make sure to stop here.

The food is great and the view is amazing! For people who like crispy french fries, I highly recommend the waffle fries.

Excellent waitress who had a group of 17 to serve. Food was tasty, hot when it should be and cold when it needed to be. The outdoor area overlooking the lake was a great setting for a gathering of friends!

Really good food. One if the bartenders was new so she was struggling a bit but the other bartender was amazing and was in total control over her customers!!! She was a natural!!! I will be back for sure.

One of our favorite FDL haunts. Casual lakeside dining & drinks in either the dining room or at high tables on the bar side. New (summer) Tiki bar and outdoor seating. A nice side room is available for gatherings. Fresh Greek salad is one of our regular go-to's. Menu has something for everyone - casual fare and comfort food.

Very good food prices are fair.

Had the salmon and it was amazing! I love eating here. Food is always top notch. If it's a nice day, outside on the patio is the spot.

Amy and Heather did a fantastic job with our group of 40+ on a Tuesday for lunch to celebrate Jerry Krueger's 86th Birthday 🍰 We were able to order off the menu or from the specials menu. I had the BLT w soup for $5. Fair portion for the price. The bacon was crisp and the produce was fresh, served on a chibata (sp?) roll. The burgers looked huge, the salads were huge (even the side salad was bigger than expected). I will definitely visit again. (The cake in the picture was provided one of the party guests).

We should have had to pay extra for this sunset! Great food. Post covid we all need to be patient with wait staff, think it might be all new kids but they will learn!

Very fun sunset cruise. We enjoyed the entertainment. By the end of the cruise there was singing and dancing. Great!

Cool place on the water. Outdoor seating was very enjoyable. Bourbon pours were good and food was great. Excellent and prompt service. I couldn't ask for anything more.
