Walmart Supercenter

The Walmart auto care team at the Fond du lac location installed new tires on my car. This process was easy and quick, plus the service was friendly! Thank you to the staff for noticing an emblem missing from my tire, the team had an extra Ford emblem cover, and put it on! Great service!

I'm posting this about Pharmacy Only. I switched from Walgreens when my benefits ended, I have no benefits as of right now and Walmart seemed to be the cheapest. In this day and age you have to try and save money wherever you can. I can't say enough about the Pharmacist Jake. This guy has bent over backwards for me and considering I have over 20 years in retail and retail management, I have never seen or dealt with someone who really cares about people or customer service the way that he does. And I consider myself a customer service superstar but this guy has got me beat Hands Down. He has to be the Greatest Person Ever That has Worked for Walmart and I've worked at Walmart in 3 Different places and at Sam's Club. This Gentleman is An Asset To Walmart and I Only Hope Walmart Knows What They Have With This Employee. If Any Member Of Walmart Management Should Happen To Read This Please Give Him A Raise and Make Him Employee Of The Year, He Truly Deserves It. Oh and for all you that don't have Walmart as your Pharmacy you Need To Switch..Thank Again Jake..YOU ROCK MY FRIEND..

Had a cashier by self checkout names Barb she did amazing I was short some change and she covered it. God bless you Barb!

I was warmly greeted by Angelica as I went up to the Customer Service Department to exchange an item. I shop here at this location a lot, and it is a pure joy going through Angelica's checkout lane when she is working. She is extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful, attentive, and does her job superbly. As I checked out, Angelica was incredibly smooth and fast even as she asked me how my day was as she rang up my item. Angelica is a Beautiful Miracle, a Priceless Treasure, a Queen, and a Real True Pure Angel. They need more employees like Angelica.

Very nice employee's at the check out incase you have a problem & employee's are always willing to help you find what your looking for.

I shop there every week because of the lower prices and they always have what I need.

This Walmart has 40 parking stalls for contact less pickup for online shopping. The store has a very wide variety of items. Full grocery store, pharmacy and auto service center. I head to Walmart to buy a few items that I can't find anywhere else. The garden center in the spring has almost everything you need at good prices. The store is well maintained and managed. Employees are helpful and check outs don't seem to back up. A Subway restaurant is located in the front left corner of the building.

Rarely go here but I did find exactly what my daughter was looking for for Valentine's Day.

Online ordering with Walmart makes it super easy. I think they are the leader in grocery pickup. They are awesome, fast and friendly

Love the store, hate the self-checkouts. If I wanted to be a cashier, I'd go back to work.

I just moved to town, Fond du Lac, Saturday, and shopped here Wednesday. Although this Wal-Mart is larger than my previous hometown store, it is arranged quite similarly (aren't they all?). I was able to find what I was looking for without much trouble. The store was very clean and had plenty of carts available. I will shop here again! I was pleasantly surprised when they had some of my favorite foods my previous store quit carrying. Win for me!!

Clean and well stocked store. Odd sidenote: In Texas, we can only buy rum, whiskey, and other hard liquors at a liquor store so I was surprised that they sell all kinds of liquor on the alcohol aisle and for much cheaper.

I only go there when I absolutely have to or need a laugh at watching what people dress and go to the Store.

Well stocked shelves and large variety of items.

Some of the stockers or pickers will help people in wheelmotors get things for you.

S.O and I made a quick trip here (12/2, right before close) after he swallowed part of his tongue piercing, praying we could find a replacement. Irene was the only person who took the time to acknowledge that we were at the jewelry section (after the person who had been there ignored us and just left…). There wasn’t any of what we were looking for in the case, but Irene took the time to go find keys to look through the inventory and found exactly what we needed!!! Super grateful for her and hope she is blessed in life (and given a raise or something for being awesome!) Thank you Irene!

It was terrific! Only problem I had is when I put a shirt in the cart,I accidentally laid it on a 2 pound package of hamburger which was leaking! Blood all over it! Not good! Looked like I got shot! My bad.....next time I'll be more careful. 🤪
