Walgreens

The staff was amazing. I loaded cash to my Cash App card. Walgreens is one of the few places that does this. The new cashier had never done it so it took longer than normal, but I didn't mind!

My daughter had a school project, and as with most projects last minute changes needed to be made, the night before the projects due date! Of course she and I were both scrambling to get the materials. My daughter and I were printing photos at 9:30 P.M.! The customer service associates were helpful, friendly, and most importantly not bothered with by our being in the store so close to closing time. Thank you!

Heather was super helpful and printed my photo last minute right before they closed! Saved me! It was a gift and the recipient was coming over much sooner than planned!

I will never use another pharmacy. They are always service oriented and friendly to customers. Love my experience here.

Meh.

I have used this pharmacy for most of my 20+ years in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We had built a treasured kinship with the pharmacists there, Tom and Amy. Since the time they retired and/or moved on, the pharmacy at this store has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff that was once so great has also moved on. I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes several times and given up on talking to a human being. We have waited in the drivethru line to pick up medications 15+ minutes several times recently. I am not sure what the solution is, but someone needs to make some improvements or my longstanding relationship with this pharmacy will wither and die.
