Helpful staff, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help finding anything. Items were easy to find and neatly organized on racks and shelves. Clean, spacious building. Checking out was easy and quick. I had a very friendly and cheerful checkout lady. Great shopping experience.

This place is like a precious treat to your senses, the best of the best! My daughter and I go here on Mommy daughter dates and have so much fun going up and down the escalators with beverages and beautiful decor around us. The experience is so worth it!

MANY Sale items and not as expensive as people think! The sales associates will go above and beyond to find your size or color. Give them a try. 😊

I’ve got to be honest, I used to hate macys, I thought it was an expensive store with no variety at all, but I gave it another chance (even tho I did that many years ago in a different state) but today I found new cool clothing and 50% off! Can’t beat that, hopefully this store stays open, the customer service is great too, the ladies that work there are amazing.

Went shopping with my 14 year old daughter for a homecoming dress and decided to try Macys before ending our search empty handed. Well, long story short all I can say is.... " Macy's, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!"

Love me some Macys...no shopping carts or bags so be prepared to carry, but great sales and friendly staff.

This store has been remodeled since becoming a free-standing Macy's store. No mall anymore. Very nice to go through, good brands, and several checkout lanes on each floor. Plus makeup & fragrance counters have their own checkout areas. I really enjoyed shopping there on Christmas Eve.

Good deals on name brands. Bought some guess boots that didn’t fit and returned them. The refund was quick and easy. And matched the price and ordered right at the store. Was a one stop shop for the correct size.

I hadn't visited the Macy's men's shoe department in many years and was disappointed to see that they had very few selections in stock and empty shelves. Except for the chains that sell mostly plastic shoes, the days of going into a store and trying on the merchandise before purchase appears to be over. I had picked out three styles online and was hoping to try them on in the store before I bought them. I expressed my disappointment to the nice woman who was overseeing the shoe department register. She graciously offered to order them for me and said if they didn't fit I could bring them directly to the store for a refund or reorder. They arrived at my home five days later and I'm very happy with what I bought. Five stars is for the great customer service!
