Access Family Dental Care

I’ve been coming to Access Family Dental for years now. The location is convenient and parking is always easy. Both my children having been coming here too since they were both 1. We enjoy coming here a lot. Everyone is so nice and we love seeing Dr. Bailey. As a bonus I just recently had a really thorough cleaning from their new Dental Hygienist, Autumn. It was really one of the best cleanings I’ve had in my life. My teeth feel and look really pretty & healthy after years as a patient. Thanks everyone y’all are all great!

The staff shares their knowledge, gives you tips and answers all the questions you may have. They have a nice approach to customers and it makes you feel welcomed. My whole family will be coming here now.

Love going to Dr. Bailey I have been going here for many many years! Even though it’s always emergency situations for me he always makes the time for me to come in. He knows my fear of the dentist and always assures me that i will be ok and makes it comfortable to take my anxiety away. I highly recommend him for all dental needs that he can help with.

I have been going to this dentist for years. Dr. Bailey and his staff is the epitome of what a family dentist practice should be. They are very friendly and prepared to enrich patients with appropriate knowledge. Dr. Bailey is caring and very playful. He is an absolute genius with the kids. They love him. I wish I could put him in my pocket! I moved to Garner but I still drive 45mins just to go to his office!

Great dentist! My husband and I switched to Access Family Dental Care this year and have been so impressed. Dr. Bailey and his whole team are so kind and just eased all my anxieties. I've never had such easy and calm dentist appointments. Plus, the office is so convenient in downtown Durham and always playing great music. Couldn't be happier!

Dr. Bailey is the best dentist I have ever had! Always so considerate, so gentle handed, and so affordable. Not to mention the practice is in a great location in down town Durham. Thank you for taking good care of your patients all the time, but especially in this COVID-19 time. The safety protocols you follow make me feel good and safe about coming in. You guys are the best!

I've been going to this dentist for over a year and really enjoy the experience. I never have to wait long and staff is always nice. It's close to my work so it has been easy to make appointments without taking much time away from my day. Dr. Bailey has a great personality and is excellent at taking care of my teeth. I've had general cleanings and cavities filled by Dr. Bailey. I highly recommend this dentist! Overall the staff is friendly, service is quick, they are reasonably priced, and provide good quality dental care.

I came here for an extraction. My anxiety is ridiculous, opted for the gas to calm me dow .I had a panic attack and they got me thru it while the gas did its thing. I was able to laugh my way thru the rest of the appt. Got the tooth out the same day. Thank yall!

What a relief! I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years and was terrified to have a tooth pulled and to hear the sound of a drill again after a bad experience with a dentist in Raleigh. Dr. Bailey and his staff were so friendly, patient, and professional, the experience was actually quite pleasant! I am extremely pleased and grateful for their care and compassion. Very friendly staff. They took their time answering my questions and putting my worries at ease. Dr. Bailey made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and pain free! A great experience all around and exceeded my expectations! Plus his office is open on Fridays!!

I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Ended up coming here for a third opinion they saved a tooth that 2 other dentist said had to be pulled out. Usually I feel the needles when getting numbed...no pinch either time they had to numb me. They don't fuss about me having headphones in during process. Dr Bailey and his staff are extremely friendly professional. I'm glad I found a dental home in Durham.

Usually I'm not a fan doing reviews but Access Family Dental Care really helped me out so much. The staff, and doctor are full of positive vibes/treating you like your part of the family. I usually hate going to dentist because I get high anxiety attacks but Dr. Bailey, and the gang are very nurturing, and calming at the same time when it comes to my anxiety levels. So almost ten years I finally found my dentist place, and thanks for taking care of me Access Family Dental Care!!! (smiles)

Dr. Bailey and his staff really take the time to listen and address any concerns you may have. After not going to a dentist in 10 years because of previous experiences I have to say they did great. Friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. As a current and future patient, thank you.

Everyone there looks and acts happy which makes a stressful time easier. I'm scared silly of dentists, so when I had so little pain while having periodontal cleaning that I wasn't sure he'd actually done it (he did) I fell in love with Dr. Bailey. I'm so impressed. Dr. B. is friendly and fun and most importantly he makes time to really listen to you. Best dentist I've seen in 65 years. ;) Update: I just had more than a few extractions to day...no.pain during, little pain after, and the same funniest toothless smile I had when I was a year old. Only negative? No one wants to kiss me. :)
