I came here because we were killing time until we had to go to a party. The kids loved the small animals but we eventually made our ways to the adoptable animals. I found Jessica (who I renamed Jessie) in the cats area and my girlfriend bought her for me for a christmas present. The manager was SUPER helpful and the adoption process was easy. I didn't get my rabies tag for her but they are mailing it to me back to Texas. They were great people and my cat lives a life of luxury now. Thanks so much!

I was looking for a groomer since I was new to the area. I have a Mini Schnauzer. A lot of good reviews for this store. I was very pleased with them. His beard was knotted up really bad so it was time for a shave. Theresa was really good. She seemed to really care about everyone’s babies. Definitely going to keep using them.

i came here to adopt a cat. i was looking for one for so long and all other pet stores were so all over the place. this was the quickest and easiest adoption ever and the workers were very nice and helpful. i love my new kitty and couldn’t ask for an easier and quicker experience!!!

I called today and told them I couldn’t hook up my new fish tank. The ten gallon bubble tank and they told me to bring it in. The man didn’t know what to do but he didn’t let me leave without it working!! Got home and it is working wonderful! Thank you sir!!

Always a friendly staff here, clean, and an easy to navigate store with a nice variety of items to choose from. When it comes to pet supply materials or food, this is my stop! It was so great to see the birds back, too!

petsmart is cool, their prices are a little high on some things though

Unlike other PetSmart locations I have been to, the staff here have always been attentive and never make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them by asking for help. Friendly service and quick to assist. The crew here has certainly earned a loyal customer.

Ava is great she is always helpful with any questions and concerns. Super knowledgeable about all products! She helped me build my turtle setup from the ground floor, couldn't ask for better!

Great and very friendly customer service

They suck. I went in to purchase a thunder shirt for my dog 🐕, got to the register and began the check out process the price range up $5.00 more then it was on the peg hook. Also the spray was $5.00 more then price on the shelf. I told the girl that the price was wrong and I was told it must have been put in the wrong place. I said I will not pay that much for the product, she just took the bag out my cart and threw it on the floor. I went and took a photo of the price on the peg hook and went back up front and was told the price is the price. Go shop elsewhere. Spend your money were you are appreciated.

I love this place! I was helped immediately. Everything I needed was in stock and available. The associate assisted me in finding all my items. She even pointed out Halloween sales items and so I got an extra toy for my pup. I was grateful that she kindly accepted my coupon for the dry puppy food! I was thrilled to be enrolled in the treats program. (When I visited a competitor to make purchases recently, I asked to be enrolled in their rewards purchase program. I later discovered that my information had not been put in their computer.) This was a pleasant happy experience! I will be back! And I might bring Candy with me!

Had my sister's little dog groomed. He is very timid, easily upset and overall shy. He did exceptionally well with Miranda. She was great with him. He had no anxiety symptoms at all when we left.

I take my dog to the groomers here every 1-2 months. The staff is always very friendly and they take such great care of my dog.

They're ways attentive to my requests and are very accommodating.

Prices are high but good quality products

I usually have PetSmart deliver, but went inside to see what I could get for my dogs. Great selection of products! The service was exceptional. Loved it & will go again.

Great service received. My very grumpy chihuahua came out very happy after her bath and nail trim. She smells nice her nails look great. We will be back!

It was a lot better than last time. They price matched off the PetSmart website to making my purchase easier and helped me put my 30 gallon aquarium kit in my vehicle!
