I LOVED this place! Staff is so friendly and treat you like family! If you needed anything, you can call and they would resolve whatever problem you are encountering ( within their control) they have an AMAZING breakfast hall and the pool was beautiful! The set up was nice! The hot tub was currently out of order ( like most things in this world do) I had an amazing experience all around. It didn't take long to check in, and the receptionists are so sweet. They listen to everything you say, they don't ignore you, they excuse themselves from your conversation to answer the hotel phone ( which is understandable, I would have done the same) there were crickets in the room, but you can't exactly keep them out, Louisiana is overpopulated with crickets right now. But I loved my stay SO much, I will be coming back!

The staff has made our stay so much more comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Staff is always friendly, Pat and her staff give great customer service. room not 5 star because my fridge didn't work, I know if I had told them . James would have corrected it. Pet friendly hotel. Look forward to staying again.

We were pleasantly surprised with this location. We stayed overnight. The room was cleaned and a lot bigger than expected and they also included breakfast which was nice.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly. Our room was a great price, the location is convenient, the room was quiet, and the air conditioner worked well.

Currently, the heater in the pool is out in the hot tub is not functioning which was a disappointment but the area where the pool is almost seems like an apartment complex. It’s very nice and they are remodeling all of those rooms right now so it may be even nicer soon.

The place is decorated very nicely. You can tell the owners really care about it.

Finally, the breakfast was excellent. There were only a few people staying there and yet they had a bunch of food laid out for us. Hot food. Actual breakfast!

Right off expressway. Not modern or fancy but perfect. No sign of bugs. The staff are so helpful and friendly. No stains on the sheets or any bedding. Pillows were so soft. Bed was not too hard but firm. Shower was great, strong pressure. Tub backed up a little but drained . Room is a little worn but clean. Breakfast was amazing. The best I've ever had. There were 2 kinds of sausage, grits, scrambled eggs, biscuits n gravy, potatoes, cereal, baked goods, waffles, and an area they make you eggs your way. Juice and coffee of course. We brought our pets and they loved all the space in the room and there's even a dog grass area. The atrium area was so peaceful and there's so many places outside to sit and enjoy the quiet. Yes it needs to be updated and they are doing that. But it was my best experience at a hotel yet. Worth the money.

I go every year for an industry class in their conference room. We have dinner after and the service is great. They do a really good job and it's conveniently located near I-49.
I've never stayed overnight or went into the rooms, but the conference area is nice and clean. The food served is really good.

Easy check in, clean rooms, and great food. Staff were amazing! Super friendly. They saw us walking to the pool and brought us fresh towels and showed us the hot tub. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. We were almost late but they quietly moved and let us grab some food.

The entire experience of coming here was way better than I thought it was going to be everybody from Ms Vee Ms Shelly and Ms Creasy where all outstanding in customer service. Even the owner took time out from his busy work fixing a machine to come say hello and Insured everything was perfect. The room was very clean and the whole place was outstanding!!!
I most definitely will be back here in the future.
If you're in Alexandria this is the place to stay. Rates are very competitive.

This is about the 6th or 7th time I have Played (DJ/Karaoke) at this location. The place has always been clean & well maintained. The wait stag is good and cordial but tend to totally ignore me or other entertainers (photographers,etc) and could at least offer a drink or Togo dinner if catered. On a couple occasions this has been done but mostly, not. Thank you. 😊

Our room was on the old side of the hotel. Breakfast was served on the newer and nicer part of the hotel. There were signs reminding visitors of the ongoing construction .

We have a handicapped daughter in a wheelchair. Because we arrived late
they had no accessible rooms available. However, they put us close to everything. Making it more convenient for us.😉
Room was clean, Breakfast was absolutely the best ( made to order omlets), and the night receptionist was so friendly, helpfull and professional. All staff were attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment. Our breakfast was delicious every morning and all the people that we encountered were friendly as well as efficient at their jobs. We would recommend that others stay here as well.

Absolutely loved our stay here! My only standard is cleanliness, I can rest comfortably if the room and bathroom are clean. This was very relaxing and enjoyable. Front desk staff was very personable upon check in, asked for advice on secure parking and was directed to an area close to our room with street lights and camera surveillance- no problems with the vehicle overnight. Shower was good pressure with hot water, and very nice toiletries. Beds were comfortable, and appreciated the layout of the suite giving us plenty of room to spread out. Only negative was an ancient thermostat that was difficult to figure out how to work- ended up setting the temperature too cold but glad for air conditioning all the same. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Although we didn't try it, they have a chef ready to make your pancakes, omelets, fried eggs, and other assorted items, and we stayed with the buffet with plenty of hot and cold options that satisfied us before heading back out on the road. The staff members at breakfast were also very pleasant and attentive, helping out when you were looking for something, not waiting to be asked. Great experience, and would definitely recommend!

Mind you this was over 10 yrs ago but This hotel was nice and clean the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The rate was extremely reasonable now the bonus was the free breakfast I’m talking grits eggs biscuits the whole spread and delish.

Overall stay was great! My mom and I shared a room, and boy was it some of the best sleep we've ever had. I'm super weird about germs, hotels, and really staying anywhere that's not my home. I felt confident that there were no bed bugs for the fact that the mattress was protected by two mattress covers. One was a zip-up, which that alone is super effective, plus another one on top of that! I wish the room would have been scented though (didn't smell bad, but didn't smell good either). All in all, our stay was successful!

I stayed here for my birthday present to myself! Excellent choice a king size bed with a couch for 73$ a night on the weekend! The room was comfortable the bed was a great size. I bought my fire stick and it hooked right up so I could enjoy a quite birthday. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice. It is hard to find an indoor pool. I will be staying here again. Oh the gentleman that cleaned my room was so nice. Thanks for the great birthday!

Room was as expected, zero complaints on it.
Attentive and jovial customer service at check in. The next morning it seemed to take ages for someone to show- an employee finally passed through the lobby (a houseman, maybe) that noticed me waiting. He tracked down the desk agent who sounded like she was having a pleasant conversation with someone in a nearby office until the interruption. By the time she got to me, she seemed bothered and was unremarkable during our interaction.

The breakfast was unexpectedly extraordinary. It seemed like the attendant wasn't the usual person and was a housekeeper filling in for everyone on break? Maybe she was the breakfast attendant and filled in for the grill cook while he stepped away? Anyway look I don't remember her name but I do know the delicious food she prepared and her amazing service we had the opportunity to experience needs to be recognized.
The world would be a much better place if her level of hospitality were the industry standard.

The parking areas could stand a few improvements.

The room had everything we needed and more. Clean room, bathroom, and kitchenette. Dog friendly. Loud at certain points but the front desk seemed to handle any issues we brought to their attention. Their "military/veteran discount" is more expensive than a regular night so if you're a vet you can ask but you might end up paying a government rate which is higher. Laundry room and gym both well kept. I'd stay here again if I needed to.

I loved staying here! It was very nice and the people were extremely helpful. The bathrooms were extremely convenient with lots of dispensers for soaps and even lotion. The continental breakfast was nice and organized, and the food was great. The pool was always at a nice temperature and extremely clean. Would recommend.
