Love the prices. Everyones always polite as well. We was in and out even with them being busy.

Shop fairly regularly, generally well stocked, prices for most part very reasonable, clean store, customer service has always been very good.

Bought a pair of shoes and ordered a second pair. Decided to return the second pair. I had absolutely no trouble with the return.
I plan to shop for another pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival.

My husband found a pair of Sketchers he loved and we were able to find me a matching pair of sizes/shoes that worked for me..I have to have a size 6 and a size 9..so I was beyond excited!! All were on sale and I had $5 off coupons for his shoes and mine, too. They were VERY busy but it was worth the wait!!

Only place in town besides the mall we could find my daughters Converse. And they had a fair amount of size options. Shoes are always going to be expensive but it's a good place to find them.

I love shoes but this store is a lil pricey if you want your shoes to last, when they have any sales its the best time to shop for a shoe lover's dream shoe they had kids shoes on clearance I bought my 3-year-old daughter and my 6 year old granddaughter shoes save a lot of money between the 2 girls I spent maybe $40 on five pair of shoes got to get my 2 grandsons and myself some shoes next

Found some 80 dollar leather dress shoes marked down to 15 dollars. Hard not to like that. Store was very neat and clean. Staff was very friendly as well.

I love the great Customer Service here as well as the huge selection of different shoes & colors available. If they don't have what you want then they'll order it of they can.

They usually have a wide variety and most of them have great deals I like getting my shoes from here the staff is friendly and helpful
