My mother(89) came in today 2/28/2024 because she had been locked out of her phone. She forgot her passcode Best Buy associate Billy working the Geek Squad Desk was very helpful and patient. She has her phone back and is very pleased with her interactions with everyone in the Store. Billy quickly resolved her issue along with several other customers as we waited. He was professional and courteous with everyone. Thank You very much Billy and Best Buy!

Great service, easy process of replacing screen protector. Associates were very friendly and helpful . I purchased a accessory for my galaxy 5 watch too.

I have been here several times in the past 6 months. It's almost gross. But I have had 5 different interactions with their employees. Every single time they have been very professional and thorough ensuring what I wanted/envisioned was taken care or had a better alternative was provided. This is just one the set ups 90% done as of 3/14/22. I'd advise going on Saturdays as they usually have sales those days.

Helpful and personable staff. Well organized store. It's on the smaller end for a Best Buy, but I can usually find what I want.

Placed a order to be picked up. A colleague of mine was in the area, and he was willing to pick it up for me. He had some difficulty with communication at pickup and relayed to me that the item I had purchased was not available or in stock. I called the store and spoke to the nicest young lady, who was so patient with me while I had to reset my account, and verify my identity, just to be made aware that I had not completed the order the first time! 5 stars are for the patience, customer service, and knowledgeable staff who helped me.

Josh, the manager at Best Buy Alexandria, LA is outstanding to work with! There are not enough stars to rate his professionalism and caring attitude! We had a few set backs getting appliances for new construction and he went above & beyond to get our matters taken care of. Compensate him well Best Buy because there aren't many Josh workers out there! Will definitely return for future purchases due to the exceptional customer service received! Love that I can look online to make sure that location has what I'm looking for. They always ask how you're doing and if they can help you find something as you walk in the door. I always say yes and show them what I need on my phone, and they take me directly to it every time! In and out quickly then on my way home.

Very friendly and informative staff no matter who I talk to. From sales reps, Geek Squad, the door person, they really are great. The selection I feel could be bigger, but it is nothing for them to have a wanted item be shipped there for you. This is the place in Alex I go for my electronic needs. Keep it up guys!

I went in to upgrade the stock speakers in my KW T680. I have forgot their names but I couldn't forget what how they came and gave me a ton of information about upgrading my sound system. It was a guy grom geek squad and another good employee teaching me since they both have done work to thier cars. In the end they didn't have the right speakers I need but none the less were extremely helpful and

Associates are ALL helpful and friendly. During my last visit I was at the checkout and noticed that I'd gotten the wrong flavor of treats for my lil companion. The girl told me to stay put and she went all the way to the back of the store and swapped out the treats for the one I'd ment to pick up. (I was tired, and I have hip problems). That was the nicest thing anyone had done for me that day. 😊

Best Buy is always a great place to go if you need help finding a technology solution, or purchasing great products. The employees are always very friendly and helpful and take the time to personally help you find the right product for purchase, even talking with you about different options. It is my go to for technology, computing, and gaming. The Alexandria location is exceptionally helpful and Professional and I will continue to use them moving forward.

Dylan and Cody was 2 great guys very helpful while all the rest of the store was playing on phones and talking with other employees. These fellas really did their job.

Nice helpful staff. I would love to see them add a car stereo instillation here especially since they sell after market car stereos. It would be nice to see them do that and install amps in automobiles also. But, all and all it is a Best Buy and the workers there are very courteous.
