I first tried their product at the request of my son while attending a school function where it was being sold. It was delicious! Cotton Candy for child and adult paletes!

Afterwards, I contacted the company via email to find out more about their products. I found them to be very clear/informative, professional and helpful with their correspondence.

We will certainly be doing business with them again soon!

I have received this cotton candy before and it was great. Today 4 of the 12 plastic cups containers were shrunken and hard as if they had been sitting in the pantry for a month. I contacted the company and was told that they will not do anything. Really bad customer service.

What happened to customer service? When did customer's become the enemy? I bought some cotton candy at a festival and they tried to over charge me $10 at the time of the transaction. When I looked at my bank statement I was over charged a dollar on my credit card. I just called and asked what it was about and they said they charge a fee for using a card along with added taxes, but that was never told to me at the transaction (apparently they don't charge taxes when you pay in cash). I just asked that they inform the customer the actual amount they are charing someone's card.. not a big deal, only a dollar, but just by principle. The manager was rude but said he would refund it. As soon as I got off the phone he sent me a text:
Please fill out tax exempt form found on the NC Department of Revenue website and email to me indicating you are approved as a 501C non-profit organization so we can refund the 70 cent you feel you were over charged for your purchase.
