Very nice person to work with, however he charges for his own learning curb. I recently called before I shipped my shotgun to him in order to receive a DLC Ion-bond coating He acknowledged that he could complete the services based on the firearm type. I shipped the gun only to find out weeks later he did not know how to disassembly a Benelli M4. He not only charged me for the disassembly, but then re- assembly. On top of that he scratched the finish and then included a part in a zip lock bag to which he didn't understand where it came from - After consulting BENELLI, I found where the missing washer went. Apparently he was too lazy to make a 10 minute phone call to Benelli like I did to figure it out. What a joke! Complete waste of time and nearly 400.00 dollars for nothing. If you are looking for a competent gunsmith, shy away - he charges and does not deliver sadly.
