Another positive experience with Precision/Burke Plumbing. A clogged sink drain prompted a call for service on a Saturday. As before, they were upfront with the additional weekend charge. They called when Josh Finch was on the way. He arrived, assessed the situation and provided a cost estimate. He was friendly and professional through the entire job and respectful of our property. He did a thorough job in a timely fashion. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday. Our experience with Precision Plumbing was incredible starting with Lisa, who answered the phone. She polite and helpful and kept us informed on where we were on the schedule. Techs Josh and Ronnie were fantastic! We were so pleased with the service and price all around. We certainly did not feel like they took advantage of us by calling on a weekend. Highly recommend!

Rob was great! He fixed our master shower and also helped us out diagnosing our washing machine. All it was was a leaking drain hose. He could have had us call an appliance service repair but didnt hesitate to look at it. Great service.

From our first consultation to the end of the job two days later Pete was amazing. He went above and beyond and found more problems as the initial repair was being done. Also Linda in the office was very friendly and helpful and communicated well. I would definitely use Precision/Burke Plumbing again!

My refrigerator was not getting enough water through the line. Based on the great experience we had with Precision Plumbing, we called them. Quick to respond with appointment and Ronny had the line installed and water was flowing. They are on my "go to" list for future plumbing issues

Re: Sewage backup in basement of Historic home: 🏡 Pete was at my house late to clear my line from house to the street for 3-4 hours. He worked so hard to get my line clear. I had sewage back up in the basement and he was kind, caring, and stayed until it was done. We actually worked together on all of it because, What a mess! Will definitely use Precision again. I’m actually going to send him a Thank you card because I think a lot of people would have given up. Lots of clean up today for me but the line is clear. 🙏🏻♥

Great work! Showed up early and completed the job fast. Removed and replaced an old hose faucet that had been leaking with this new one. No more leaks. Thanks, Pete.

Precision plumbing did an excellent job. They were vey careful to put on booties over their shoes so they didn’t damage flooring. Talked about what needed to be done and the best way to do it. Gave several opinions. When the first option did not work they returned the next day and did not cost anything other than the cost of installing the toilet. John ran to warehouse to get it and then installed perfectly. All trash and the old toilet was taken with him.

Toilet needed to be reseated. It was rocking and shifting. Dan replaced the wax ring, bolts and recaulked. Very happy! Great job! Will definitely ask for Dan again!

They are the best I had an emergency water leak in the main line and they came and fixed the issue quickly and this was on a Sunday. I would recommend Precision Plumbing to all my friends and family. Great jobs guys!

I have used them before for a whole house "snaking" and they were so professional and informative, fortunately this time I got the same guy 3 years later, for my smaller project. Josh provided a great estimate to replace our tank water heater with a tankless. Josh and Rob came out to install the water heater and did a fantastic job. They were pleasant and professional and did a nice walk-through after the install. I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

This is my second experience hiring Precision Plumbing and I was very satisfied both times. The first time was to replace all the plumbing in a house I bought to rehab for myself. This occasion was to replace the water heater in my daughter’s condo. Pete did a great job both times and is personable and professional. The company is responsive and helpful, well represented by their call receptionist. I’m glad to recommend this company and these people.

I had a leaking tub faucet that would not completely shut off. The plumbing tech,Mr.Reise was honest and professional. Repair was performed in a timely manner at a fair price. I am totally satisfied with my experience. I will strongly consider this company for future plumbing needs! Thank You

The company was able to communicate by email and phone for scheduling which was such a plus and the gentlemen that came to the house was able to fix my issue and tell me of other things that should be addressed overall he seemed informative and gave me all the pros and cons

Now it’s been three times that rob from precision has came out and I couldn’t be happier. I love that everything can be done online or over text/phone. The administration /scheduling could use some work but the plumber and his work was a Win. I would definitely call and recommend this company and Rob

Excellent response time. From the initial phone call to the completed installation of our new hot water heater took less than two hours. Ronnie was very friendly & professional & there was never a doubt that he knew what he was doing. Will definitely use these guys again

Called Precision Plumbing for service over the weekend. Pricing was reasonable and service prompt. Today they installed a new tankless water heater and the entire installation was efficient and professional. Rob our tech was great! We appreciate the great service!

Great service. Friendly staff that seem to know their business well. The service man was on time, went straight to work on the issue and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was in and out in a short period of time and everything was back in place and working when he was done. All in all, at this point I'm very happy with the whole experience.

Precision Plumbing was extremely quick in responding to my residence to replace the sum pump. Rob was awesome and the price was very reasonable. Will use the again!!!!!!
