I have been with American Family for over 40 years and they have always treated me fairly. Last year my insurance went up drastically. I paid the bill because I have always been very pleased with this company. This year, it went up another $100. I called and talked to Lisa who took the time to listen to everything I had to say, she went the extra mile, called the home office and got the insurance back down to what it should be. I have had an account with American Family since 1993. I follow Lisa whom is working for Tom Baxter as of right now. She is the nicest most well informed agents assistant that you will ever meet. If you are looking to have great service open up an account with Tom Baxter’s office. You will not be disappointed. Please ask for Lisa she is the best.

I'll start by saying I have been with Tom and his agency for multiple years now, for many different things. Tom is a fantastic agent and very open with prices and all of the available discounts. My agent at Toms agency was Tyler. He was competitive and willing to do what it took in order to find my fiancé and I the best rates one the home we just purchased. On top if that he was able to get us a super low insurance rate on both of our vehicles. 10/10 recommend using Tom Bax and his group!!

Let me start off by saying my family has been with another very well known insurance company for a very long time (probably coming up on 15-20 years!): auto, home, renters, you name it. I got to know my agent pretty well (not just because of accidents mind you! ha!). But outside of him, I never felt like a priority.

About 2 months ago I found an amazing home that we somehow were able to get in this crazy market! There began the issues... My current company dragged their feet then came back and said that the rebuild of the home if a total loss would be above what they like to do in the St. Louis market.. which is an amount of a ton of homes in the area I'm in! Mind you, this is a nice home out in St. Charles county and not some mansion in Midtown! ha! Oh, and they pulled this on me less than a week before closing!!!

So how did Tom and his team come into the picture for me? I knew of Tom and reached out in a panic asking what they might be able to do. I literally felt like he dropped everything for me! They started working on the house and cars for me and the girls. Not only did he immediately start putting my plan together but he communicated with the mortgage / title companies to get them what they needed! but the best part of it all was he got me a BETTER policy and saved me well over a $1,000 on top of it!

Bottomline, Tom and his crew saved the day and now I am also saving some cash...and know I have someone that I can go to when I need to get things done! THANK YOU TOM!!!!!
