Iman loves what she does and it’s clear to see in her flower arrangements! My husband ordered two arrangements for our anniversary. Both came out stunning and even when the roses faded in one, the lilies then bloomed, allowing me to enjoy the bouquet all that much longer. I will be using her again the very near future.

Update: I decided to start receiving weekly deliveries of a new arrangement each week, to get me through the dark and gloomy winter.

On short notice, La Fleur was able to put together the perfect arrangement for my wife.

Her favorite color is yellow so they did an awesome job adding yellow accents to bring it all together.

It was joy speaking with the the La Fleur team over the phone and they worked around our schedule to make sure the flowers were delivered the day of my wife’s birthday.

Look forward to ordering from La Fleur again.

Ordered flowers on Christmas Eve Morning to be Delivered to the in-laws on Christmas day.

My Mother in-law was so happy to receive them and she stated that the fragrance from the flowers are filling their house. She sent us photos of the flowers (see below)

I called in for a birthday bouquet for my niece. I told her anything super girly and princess theme and she went above and beyond! Beautiful “Happy Birthday” vase and she included balloons! Delivery was prompt, great service! Highly recommend!

It was my daughter’s 17th birthday and I wanted to do something special. I called La Fleur that morning and spoke to Ingrid. She was amazing from the start. Needless to say I ordered 16 white roses and 1 red rose in a beautiful vase arrangement. She knew how important it was to me, since I was out of town. They hand delivered it to my daughter and took a picture for me to capture the excitement. La Fleur and Ingrid gave me the most beautiful memorable experience. Thank you

I just used La Fleur Studio for an anniversary gift for my wife and their customer service and work are outstanding. I made a last minute request from California to be delivered locally in Clarksburg and Iman went above and beyond to make it happen. Given the time difference, I reached out at 11PM the night before and Iman was already working on it by morning. Most importantly my wife LOVED her flowers. We are in the process of transitioning to Clarksburg and she went first with our children. I just used google to find a florist and Iman delivered. We are grateful.

Very happy with my choice to work with a local business, La Fleur Studio to send a condolence gift basket. Ms Imam created a beautiful and appropriate arrangement that was so appreciated by the family. I must add that the basket was delivered personally by the owner who saw that the family's walkway had not yet been shoveled. Ms Iman returned to the home and salted for their safety. Who does that? A kind and considerate person, that's who!

AWFUL arrangement, 3 days late. They don't answer their phone and no refund.

My boyfriend ordered flowers shaped like a cat and I got a terrifying alien? And they were ordered for valentine's day but came 3 days later. As an apology, he asked they send a balloon and they send an Easter bunny?
This just *awful*.

As a member of the Clarksburg community I wanted to give my business locally and chose this florist. La Fleur not only failed to deliver what was promised but they are charging a premium price for very mediocre arrangements. I was looking for a very modern arrangement with specific color scheme so I paid the high price because she assured me she could make me what I wanted and that they would look spectacular. We had a detailed conversation over text messaging and I sent numerous photos of what I was looking for so that there was no room for any misunderstanding. When I arrived for pick up I was left standing outside for 20 minutes because she was having technical difficulties printing the card message. When she finally brought out the arrangement I couldn’t believe how small they were! The crazy price I paid for something so small and it was a completely different color scheme as I asked for. When confronted her excuse was that they didn’t deliver the colors I wanted this week in her shipment. Unbelievable. Please save your money and find a real professional that’s reliable somewhere else. You may be disappointed here.

She messed up the time of my wedding, continued to tell me she would be there soon. We kept pushing back my ceremony. An hour after it began we finally walked down the aisle with no flowers. A gentleman showed up 2 hours late with just a the brides(me) bouquet. We ordered 4 Corsages, 5 Boutonnieres, flowers for the arch and 2 bouquets.
A month later I am still trying to get my refund.
I have been patient as she keeps telling me she will send it. Now I have to reach out to consumer affairs and the BBB. I couldn’t be more disappointed in her.

Terrible experience. I ordered a sympathy succulent arrangement to be delivered the next day. It was not delivered. I called many times and it went straight to voicemail but the box was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I sent an email asking what had happened. Two days later I got a call late afternoon half heartedly apologizing for the delay saying they weren’t going to receive their succulents until the next day and they would upgrade my order and send my a photo confirmation of the delivery. I was relieved to finally hear back and appreciated the offer to upgrade the arrangement. Now a week later I’m back where I started. Nothing was ever delivered. Still cannot get through by phone and all my emails have gone unanswered. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Extremely unprofessional.

Today is May 8th and it is 9:45 PM and this "florist" just tried to deliver flowers that were ordered for my wife to be delivered on April 27th. What legitimate business operates like this? Unfortunately, this order was from someone out of state who does not know better, AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!!!!
