We had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Borgmeyer and the tech staff. They were all knowledgeable in their positions and were great working with Zeva.

I’m not sure I can completely express my gratitude and satisfaction with BOTV and their team. I took my 3 y/o Labrador there after he was cleared from TPLO surgery. He’s a big boy at 95lbs and he’s extremely active and he has damage in his other knee, so I was hoping and also skeptical that any sort of therapy would be beneficial but BOTV was recommended by my vet, so I made an appointment. Dr. Witten did an evaluation and pointed out what was needed with the plan being we would do another evaluation in 8 weeks. So every week for 8 weeks I took him to therapy and I continued to be hopeful yet skeptical. We had his evaluation and OMG! He has improved in every area we had identified as needing work. His muscle mass is back. His weight distribution is back to normal. His muscle tightness and overall gait is normal. All of the things i honestly didn’t know if we could really improve, improved. He will never be 100% but now he is the best version of himself and his quality of life is back to what it was pre-surgery. I’m writing all of this in case there is someone else out there trying to make a decision on the care for their pet so that they know that this just might work. I know it won’t work for everyone but I am so glad I did this and didn’t let my skepticism get the best of me. Thank you Dr. Witten and Jessie and the team for taking such great care of my boy.

Really impressed with this clinic! Staff, tech, and doctor were very complimentary of my dog and easy to talk to. They spent plenty of time evaluating my dog and then educating me on the recommendations. The doctor seems very experienced in rehab. I really like the app, email reminders, etc. Back on Track came highly recommended by a local dog sport group, and I can see why!

Dr. Witten, Hannah (laser therapy), and Alyson (massage therapy) all have done a great job diagnosing and treating issues that were keeping my dog from fully enjoying his walks and play. We really appreciate their skill and dedication!!

I tell everyone I know who has a pet about Back on Track. So much so, I should probably stop so I can make sure I can get an appointment when I need it (kidding). Back on Track is amazing, from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, they do everything to make you and your pet feel comfortable. I recently left my other vet after 16 years and I'll never look back. Prices are fair, team members are incredible, and they really do care about your pet.

The staff at BOT is the absolute best! I am so thankful for their compassion and knowledge! They are always supportive, helpful, and treat my dog and I like family. Sophie just loves Dr. Borgmeyer! Thanks for everything.

Back on Track Treated us like family and fell in love with my little boy as soon as they met him. Seeing how much they cared about their animals made the whole process a lot easier on both or us, especially me knowing he was in such good hands.

The next day after our visit I received a follow up call just checking up on him to make sure he was feeling alright which was the cherry on top to this great experience!!!!(After all, 2 shots can take it out of a little chihuahua)

It was a professional, empathetic and friendly visit all the way around. Dealing with an aging dog is always hard so having it made easier by the staff is everything to a dog owner. We will be starting the rehab of our boy this week. UPDATE (10 mos later): Everyone at BOT has gone above and beyond to help with Angus and to give us a baseline for Waffle. He is living a much better life so I will shout it to the masses. We are grateful.
UPDATE: Back on Track has done an excellent job of rehabbing my former agility dog. I cannot say enough about the practice, the admin staff and the vet techs. They go above and beyond consistently.

I cannot speak more highly of Back on Track Veterinary Center! Three years ago my Nik (now 9 yrs old) had major surgery and had a metal plate put in to secure his front leg. It was a very long recovery. We started therapy as soon as Nik was released and out of his cast. Laser Therapy, acupuncture, strength exercises and underwater treadmill helped Nik recover. The care an compassion of the rehap techs is just wonderful! Nik fell in love with all of them! We have now added canine massage to our monthly trips of maintenance. The whole crew will go above and beyond to make your pet feel comfortable and they strive to create a peaceful environment with music for everyone (including nervous pet parents :) )

Everyone was so great. The Dr. Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything and was very patient. I could tell they really went over my notes from my appt request. Everyone was efficient and kind. Will absolutely continue going here for any sport dog needs.

In 2011 Vyper vom Logan Haus came home to be my next competition dog, and my first Malinois. Even though he grew (and grew) into a good sized moose, he was always an absolute dream to train; smart, and stable, and full of drive.
At about a year old we discovered he had been born with bad hips - thanks to the puppy health guarantee from his amazing breeder, I was given a replacement puppy, but I was able to keep Vyper.
He trained for a bit longer, got a few titles, but soon retired from work due to he condition of his hips, and the asymmetry in his hind end muscles because of it. Vyper became a wonderful pet, and a puppy raiser, but didn't really participate in any training.
In 2015, Back on Track Veterinary Hospital and Rehab Center opened, and we were able to add weekly (and sometimes twice a week) water treadmill exercises to Vyper's existing physical therapy exercises. Thanks to Dr. Witten and her staff, Vyper is in the best physical condition he's been in since his hip diagnosis. His muscles are in great shape, and it's no longer as obvious that he's even dysplastic.
Because of this, we've decided to jump back into training and set our sights for AKC Obedience and Rally.
I'm over the moon, and my heart couldn't be more full of joy for my big, goofy, Maligator!

Very thorough and the friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a vet. The doctors really take their time explaining everything to you and took such great care of my cat, who has some trickier health issues. They even checked in to see how my kitty was doing after his appointment. Love them!

Provided chiropractic care for my elderly dog. Has been very very helpful. Wonderful, responsive staff. Great use of technology to make things easier - pet desk. Wonderful doctors. Willing to work with me to get my elder dog in when they had a full roster of acupuncture patients and I couldn't be there in person. I could go on and on. It's quite a drive from where I live, but absolutely worth it.

Always handle Babie with the utmost care. Staff is amazing, friendly and compassionate.

The staff here is awesome! My dog has only been coming here for rehab for a month, and they treat him like an old friend when he walks in. He is very nervous at the vet in general, but the last time I stayed for his appointment, he calmly walked right onto the treadmill without whining or trying to run away. I knew for sure then that he is well taken care of here! The vets make informed, data-driven decisions and regularly re-assess to ensure progress. They also make scheduling easy. We live 45 minutes away but are able to make it work with their evening and Saturday hours and flexible drop-off policy. I only wish we lived closer so that they could become our primary vets!

We love having Scout groomed at Back on Track! We know that Scout can be anxious and not always the best dog while getting his bath and grooming. The team at Back on Track has been wonderful to work with and you all have had great recommendations on tips to get Scout “on track” during his appointments. He now loves his time at the spa and seems very relaxed when we pick him up! Thank you for being so kind, nurturing and wonderful to our pup!!

The doctors, techs, and staff at Back on Track could not be any better than they are already! They are always so friendly. They answer ALL of my crazy questions with great detail and are very patient. Back on Track takes excellent care of both of our fur babies. I highly recommend Back on Track! Dr. Borgmeyer and the entire staff are amazing. They always are prompt with questions and are upfront and honest. Every visit is handled professionally and with care based on our 15+ year old fur baby. Highly recommend them!

The service is top notch and the people are lovely. Our pup, not the one in my profile pic, has improved so much with the therapy plan that was personally designed for him.

My dog Clark has kidney disease, Dr Borgmeyer is the best! She is so knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares. She was the only vet that didn't judge my decision on food or care. She always gives me options, and supports my decision. I can not thank her enough. The staff is just as amazing, from Stacey in the front, to Kaitlyn and Taylor in the back, they are always answering my million questions. I was told Clark would only live probably another 2 weeks in Oct of 21, with the help, knowledge and support of the back on track staff Clark is doing ok, (still sick but staying steady). Thank you for being so awesome!
