Came in with a minor car issue uncertain of what the problem may be or worse, what it may cost. The manager, Andre, made time to troubleshoot the issue and handled the matter in just a few minutes, free of charge. Called a few days later, as I had to get a safety and emissions check done and he was able to squeeze my car in without an appointment. As I was standing in line to make my payment, another customer came in with a thank you card because he had helped her earlier and from what I could tell, saved her time and hassle. Andre was professional and went above and beyond. His level of customer service was greatly appreciated by more than just myself. I will absolutely be returning to this Car-X with any future maintenance needs.

Just came home from another trip to Car-X. Andre is the man!
I have never had a more genuine conversation about car repair than I've had with Andre. He has won my business for sure. He is a straight shooter and doesn't try to oversell. He wants you to feel comfortable and come back again and again. And I certainly will. I've been comfortable with every one of his recommendations and I never feel pressured into getting something that I don't think the car needs. When tires need replacing or one of my cars need other repairs I'll be taking them to Andre at Car-X.

Andre, is the person I have always dealt with. He always make sure the service is exceptional. He has answered any questions or concerns I have had with professionalism. This is the only car x, I have dealt with and I am very happy and would be glad to go back again and refer any friends there.

I tried to squeeze in a car inspection, and all other places were booked. So was car x, but Andre was super friendly and invited me to wait with no guarantee, but he did agree to call me if somehow a spot opened up. Sure enough, someone canceled, and he called me. This was fantastic customer service by Andre.
And they got ne in and out quickly.

I arrived for service without an appointment. Andre was kind enough to fit me in. The mechanics looked at my vehicle and told me about services that need attention in the future. They was no sales pressure just what they see. I will definitely be back.

I had to get in quickly to get emissions done. Andre was very nice and said I could drop my car off in the morning and it would get done that day. Other places were at least a week out to get an inspection done. I really appreciated the quick service.

Andre and the team at Car X gave wonderful customer service for my oil change. Andre was personable and seemed to know the returning customers. They treated me respectfully an didn’t push extras on me. I would definitely recommend the St. Peters location.

Andre is always so helpful and awesome. He makes you feel comfortable that your car is taken care of and if there is any follow up work to do he makes sure we understand what is needed.

Andre and his staff delivered superior service when I needed a rear light bulb replaced. I highly recommend this establishment as they got the job done.

Andre is amazing. I was in a bind and he was able to get me in to get a tire replaced. He took the time to show me what was wrong and then what they were doing to fix it. Plus, when I asked him to check the brakes he gave me an honest assessment that everything was fine and estimated timeline for when they’d need to be replaced. I appreciate the honesty and will be back.

The most amazing auto service ever!!! I needed an emissions test ASAP one afternoon and had not had a chance to make an appointment. I called like 15 places and all were booked out. But the person who helped me here was super kind, helpful, and got me in for an emissions test very quickly!
