Had to put my beagle to sleep back in March Dr. Brianna.Explianed everything to me on what to expect during the process and let me stay as long as I wanted with my little girl! The staff is al and every friendly when I would come in with my beagle! Just got a new dog and an appointment the other day and they made my dog feel so comfortable since she was nervous! What a great facility filled with kind and caring ladies! Got us in quickly and helped my little man feel better. He's on the road to recovery. Dr. Melissa is smart, soft spoken, and kind, with incredible wisdom and petside manner. We look forward to our future relationship.

I cannot say enough about this place. I normally would see Dr. Melissa who I have loved. She has always cared so much about my dog and never wrote her off just because of her age like other vets have. She always tried to come up with a solution to help her and putting her down was never brought up. I saw Dr. Julie for the first time a little over a week ago and she was also amazing. Last night we had to get in for an appointment and the only vet that was available was Dr. Katheryn. We had never seen her before so I was a little nervous not having Dr. Melissa. Come to find out my dog had cancer not just a cough and it had spread everywhere. I was not expecting to have to leave without my whole world in my arms that I've had for more than half my life. Dr. Katheryn was so kind, compassionate and she didn't even know my dog. I couldn't have asked for a better vet to be with me during the most difficult moment of my life. She explained everything in such a way that was comforting to my young children so they understood what was happening during it. The office closed while we were still there yet they never rushed us out of there. They told us to take as much time as we needed. Our vet tech, who I don't recall her name, was amazing as well and very accommodating. Thank you to all of you for treating my baby girl so good, being so genuine and caring. I will never forget each one of you and the way you helped care for her throughout this past year of her life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you 🥹💔

I had my first visit there with my dog Max. The front desk lady that waited on me was so friendly and welcoming.
I think we as pet owners are the best source of information and in-tune with their specific situations. Unfortunately, in the past I had an experience with another vet where their advice felt more like a directive than a conversation. Dr Jen definitely made me feel like we were having a conversation about his care and the care going forward. She was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend Dr Jen. When I checked out the same front desk person waited on me. She was so friendly, kind, and compassionate! I had to carry my dog out and she offered to open the door for me.

Knowledgeable and human. You feel like they are focused on options and the well being of the furkids. I haven’t felt “upsold” — strong justification for all treatments.

Have been going for years. Everyone is wonderful! Our cat was anxiously meowing a lot and we were offered a little blanket to borrow that had some spray she could use to calm her down. It worked! Dr. Jen was amazing! My cat didn’t even flinch for the shot. And her results came back so fast.

Dr Julie is very kind and interested in our Tucker. We’ve been coming to her for years. Thank you Dr Julie for your kindness.

The most caring, sensitive vet staff I've ever experienced. They were amazing throughout the years that we had our dog, and when he reached the end of his life, they could not have been more understanding, supportive, and compassionate. I recommend Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital to everyone!

I had my first visit just the other day. The front desk was welcoming and so nice. My dog Chloe was very at ease laying there waiting to be called, which is unusual she is usually nervous at the vet. When we got to the room she was a little nervous but when Dr Jen came in she just got right down with Chloe and my sweetie rolled on her side paws in bent like pet me and Dr Jen pet her belly. I’ve never seen my baby be that comfortable. So glad I found Gentle Doctor and Jen was our vet that day…hope to be able to stay with Dr Jen ❤

We have been going to Gentle Doctor for years and we will never go anywhere else. They are affordable and reasonable. They treat all my animals with so much love and care. Dr.Judy has always been our Veterinarian since I can remember. She was the only person that could do surgery on my ferret, and that was the first time we met her and the team at Gentle Doctor. I love this place more than words can describe. The vet techs and veterinarian’s are outstanding and I don’t trust anyone else with my animals but them. They treat you like family and only want what’s best for you and your animal. They are so caring and kindhearted when it comes to making the hard decisions for your animals, and support you no matter what. I recommend gentle doctor to every one of my friends and family members because finding a good Vet is so hard. Seriously love this place.

The staff were friendly and professional. We took Harley in to get his nails done his rabies shot and his itching under control They were able to take care of all three in a very reasonable amount of time. Harley came out happy and healthier. Decently priced as well. Definitely a good choice. We will be going back! Thank you Gentle Doctor Animal Hospital 😁

Dr. Jen is great! Understanding and straightforward. Also, the ladies at the front desk are so nice! I had stop going here for a few months and recently came back and my Penny is so lucky to have Dr. Jen.

These people truely care about your pet.
If they treatment your pet the call after a couple of days to see how things are going.
They also stay on top of when my regular office visits are supposed to be and send me reminders.
The last time I was there it was a little embarresing .I did not have enough money for all the things my pet needed. They looked at what was the most important for my Annie and we rescheduled the things that could wait!!

I’ve been going to gentle doctor for years. We have seen a couple doctors come and go and eventually settled in with Dr. Jen. I have always enjoyed working with her and trusted my animals in her care. She is patient and willing to listen. I fully trust her suggestions and today she offered solutions that have my senior dog back home. Thanks gentle doctor team!

Staff and doctors are friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and take their time to answer questions and share information. Scheduling an appointment is usually quick, and when there is an urgent need, they are great at finding time within their already packed day to fit in a visit.

Love!!! I took my shared cat with my roommate for an appt and they tried to call her to say the doctor had to cancel but she didn’t see it and I showed up with the cat and they were so kind and got us in to see a doctor. I was so thankful because I felt bad we had missed the call and they didn’t make me feel like a burden or anything. 10/10 recommend them !!!

Kara, Megan and Dr. Katelyn were excellent! Extremely friendly staff and gentle with my very energetic Beagle. I’ve been bringing pets here for 5+ years.

Thank you to Lisa and Kaci for helping me find a lost dogs owner that we found roaming in our neighborhood! They went above and beyond and made the process super easy. Misty is safe and finally reunited with her family!

Brought our 1 year old puppy back for her annual checkup. The staff here is always pleasant and helpful. Everything is explained in detail, our questions are answered and Luna loves meeting new friends as she is coming and going :)
