I stopped by to schedule a time for Kristina to help me with a sweater knitting pattern. I am not a beginner, but this is my first attempt at a sweater and I couldn’t have found a better teacher. Kristina was so patient and helpful. In addition to helping me, she was also busy visiting with others that had stopped by her store. Some had come to knit and I think others just stopped by to enjoy the family type atmosphere and her. I highly recommend stopping by if you are an experienced knitter or have a desire to learn. You won’t be disappointed.

These were the nicest women I’ve met in the fiber arts community. So kind and helpful and fiber obsessed. If you’re not a knitter, go there to learn and if you are and just visiting the area, make sure to stop by and support them. So glad I made this a part of my trip because it was the biggest highlight :) also lots of local yarn and plenty of inspiration for your next project

The customer service was great! I wasn't able to find the yarn I was looking for but the ladies were very helpful regardless. (The key lime cupcakes they managed to sell me were divine...)

What a beautiful selection of yarn! They carry 2 different yarns local to the area; I love to purchase local yarns. 🥰 There is also a nice selection of other, not local, yarns and accessories. They even offer free winding. ❤

Flocks offers such a variety of classes that allow the local community to learn new fiber skills! Definitely a must check out if your crafty and around the lake!
