Tan-Tar-A Estates

Rooms are clean, and nice and quiet. Thick walls where you hear little to no "neighbor" or hallway noise. My bathroom had some issues but nothing that I couldn't live with for 2 nights. The Chill Bar (main lobby) has great food. Awesome view from my balcony where I sat quite a bit to work. I was a speaker at a conference held here. Fun for the family with a water slide, pools, mini-golf, horseback riding and other adventures.

Just stopped on for breakfast on the water, but there was a cart waiting to drive us up the hill from the parking lot and tell us how to get in touch with them when we were ready to leave. Cozy place. They have a breakfast buffet, but we ordered from the menu and my omelet was excellent. It was the coffee shop we visited, J&Ds I think. The name isn't on the website and it's not well marked. There's a large deck next to it. Reasonable prices. Courteous and attentive wait staff. Enjoyable experience.

It was so beautiful! The grounds, very well maintained. Exterior buildings show there craftsmanship. Interior was breath taking. Employees, so kind and polite. There service was excellent! Was a great experience! Thank you!

We are having great time so far everything has been as described down to the smallest details. Margaritaville a minute drive in the same gated community, golf cart friendly road. Close to everything in Osage Beach.

Beautiful, clean accommodations with professional and courteous staff. Management (Terri and Michael especially) went out of their way to make everything perfect for our honeymoon. We could not ask for a better experience.

Found it driving to Arizona stopped for an overnight sorry didn't have time to stay longer fun place everything was good to "its great " food bar party atmosphere music all over wonderful views nice people working and as guests we enjoy the time we spent there just to short not next time

The food in each place we ate was wonderful. Huge portions, though, so dividing worked best by our last meal. Loved the balcony room! Pictures below were taken at sunrise and at night from the 6th floor. Very helpful to get free transportation by golf cart from the front desk man when needing to go to the other end of the resort. Friendly staff!

Came for a work party and had a blast, sorta hard to find where we were going but overall great time

Awesome Place! Was there for the MMEA Concerts but the entire estate was beautiful and right on the lake!

Room could have been a little cleaner but the resort was very nice overall. The water park was nice though a little on the crowded side for my 9yo. The arcade was fun and the lady working the prize counter was very nice. Staff was very responsive and nice to interact with. Thank you for making our stay a good one.

Beautiful location and fabulous hospitality with all the amenities that my family wanted and needed... We will definitely visit again!

Have been there twice and going back in August again and love by water where all the boats go by. Everything is good for family's to enjoy family fun. So clean and fresh house keepers do a great job and it is really appreciated, thank you. Keep up the good work

Stayed in Margaritaville while attending a convention. Rooms are great with a balcony. Great beds! You are on the side of a mountain so be prepared to walk, call for a golf cart pickup, or drive. We spent our down time at the Landshark. Wet bar overlooking the lake is a great way to end the day.

Love the room. The night clerk was amazing. He really helped me out.

This is now Jimmy Buffets Margeritaville and it's amazing. Beautiful, clean rooms, breakfast buffet (addt'l charge) 3 swimming pools with walk up swim bars, an arcade, and so much more. Absolutely would stay here again.

This place was beyond amazing. We had a view of the cove and docks, sooo much wildlife in the mornings and just beautiful. The condo was extremely roomy and gorgeous. Nice and quiet and family friendly activities around. If wanted to eat out not to far of a drive for that and many options. Just perfect and will do again.

We stayed in the estates for a conference at Margaritaville, the house was perfect for our party. Thank you Laura for being a great host!

Very beautiful! The rentals are magnificent and newly updated with the latest things. Very secure area, and surrounded by the Golf course. Wonderful place to take a vacation and get away or host a party, wedding, etc.
Clean up after yourselves, especially if you are a large group. It will make it so much easier on the person(s) cleaning it. Just remember they have to do multiple of these rentals every day sometimes, and only have a few hours to do it by themselves. So if you are expected to be there at 5pm, and the people before you, was supposed to leave at at 11, but feel behind, you may not get into your rental until 6pm or later.

Very clean and accommodating! Would recommend to stay if you are in the area!

Great place to stay while visiting the ozarks. Tons of great views from our deck. Fyi morning powerboats running during the morning might be heard inside the house.
