Panda Motorworks

This is by far the best shop for the Ecoboost cars in the country! I have worked with them since 2015 with my Focus ST, to my 2021 Ranger, and now my 2019 Edge ST and 2017 Focus RS! The team is awesome and super knowledgeable! I appreciate them putting up with all my questions and helping me with all ny recent purchases to get my RS where it needs to be! I not only love that I can support a St. Louis company, but also get the best tuning support and be able to talk directly to them! Their support of the military is also super appreciated! I constantly recommend them to all my friends who need support with car mods!

I want to start with their customer service. Every question i had for my orders and my tuning process were answered clearly and in a nice way. The guy that did my tuning on my Fiesta ST made it so much more fun to drive. The power kicks just right and its a smooth power. Thanks again y'all.

On the 19th of February 2024,I took my 2015 Ford Focus ST to Panda Motorworks.

I had concerns about the ecu tuning the previous owner did to the car.

Panda responded to my initial questions instantly. Gave me different options to deal with my issue. I could either remotely update my ECU via email and upload it to my car, and datalog or Panda could do it for me at their shop on a dyno. I opted to have my car put on their dyno and have a professional tech tune my car. I am not very savvy with technology.

They performed a custom tune on my car, and fitted a new exhaust ( price of the exhaust was extremely good, could not find the same exhaust anywhere for what Panda charged, saved a good 200 dollars)

First drive in the car was amazing!!! It was a totally different car. Throttle response, power, acceleration was WAY better.

On my first 2 hour interstate drive, my fuel economy was also better than with the previous Off The Shelf tune.

All in all i am very happy.

1. Communication was great, all emails were responded to promptly.

2. Service was quick and professional

3. Price charged parts and labour was good

I will return for more performance modifications and suspension work in the near future.

Panda Motorworks intalled a Garrett 2860 on my '17 Fiesta St earlier this year, along with a tune. The work is excellent though you might have to wait for a bit since they are always busy. Now I'm going back for a downpipe! The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Let Panda do what they do and you won't be disappointed.

Update: Downpipe is in and the car is awesome! Even better is the people experience. These guys went out of their way to get me back and forth from the car rental place when I didn't have another option. They also fixed a strut mount that failed that wasn't scheduled. This guys are no joke! Hands down one of the best businesses around. They truly care for you as a customer and do everything in there power to make your experience the best possible. I had a few problems when it came to a back order but they fixed everything right up. Parts are legit and service is great. I understand where some of the bad reviews come from, but you need to understand some things are out of a business’s control. I would recommend Panda to anyone and will be doing business with them again. Great team and I couldn’t be more happy!

Always excellent. Shipping can sometimes take a while but parts are always correct and their customer service team has an answer for just about any question you can think of. Ive been a customer for years and will order from them again.

Ordered a Velocity Tam air scoop for my truck through Panda. Emails and questions were answered right away. Customer service was very good. I am also getting my order quite a bit sooner than expected. Will use Panda again.

Panda provided race support for a rally team that I co-drove for.
The entire experience from the beginning of the rally to the end was nothing but top notch.
The guys are super attentive to the the needs of the drivers and the cars.

I had a great buying experience when I ordered a set of Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 coilovers from Panda Motorworks. Aside from getting the lowest price I've been able to find in months, shipping was also free (these are very heavy and expensive items to ship). I was told they'd be here on a Tuesday/Wednesday, so I set up the install with a local shop for Thursday. I know - no room for error, but it was necessary. True to their word, FedEx delivered them on Wednesday afternoon, and they were installed Thursday. I can't tell you how grateful I am with the whole Panda Motorworks Team, especially Caleb in sales. He continuously checked on the status of the shipment to ease my concerns regarding the delivery date. Thank you all for a job well done and I would not hesitate to do business with you again...

Just recently had my car tuned by Troy and the response time was unbelievable! Even after the first revision the car was running so much better, and by the end of the process I am more than satisfied. Will definitely be shopping and working with Panda Motorworks in the future.

Excellent and prompt service. Browsed the web for different options for sidesteps/running boards for my Bronco. Came across Panda Motorworks and inquired about the Go Rhino DSS steps. They had the item in stock at an excellent price compared to other options. Ordered and received the item in 2 days. They are a very honest and competent company, will do business with them again.

Last year I went to a different shop to get my Airlift Performance suspension installed on my 1998 Civic and I wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out whatsoever. It was making horrible knocking sounds and it was a disaster to say the least and completely unsafe to drive.

I had heard good things about Panda Motorworks in the past from a few friends and decided to take my car to them. To start off, the customer service was outstanding. They were able to answer any questions I had with a very fast response time, updating me every step of the way with some photo updates as well. Some of the suspension components were broken due to the previous shops install, so besides the time it took for the new parts to arrive, my car was done very fast. My car was put back together and fixed flawlessly, how it should be done, and I am 100% impressed and satisfied with the experience I had. Caleb from Panda Motorworks did a phenomenal job helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He’s the perfect example of what customer service should look like. I’d definitely order from here again just because of how good the customer service was, but they also have an extensive selection of car products.

I’ve had my car tuned by them for almost 3 years now with no issues. Great customer service and always quick turn around on tuning and parts. Me and my wife are both tuned by them with my 2016 big turbo focus st and her 2019 mustang Ecoboost.
