Salty's Fresh Mex

My wife and I had dinner at Salty’s Fresh Mex last night and could not have been more pleased with the food and the service. We started with half priced margaritas, which were very good. The tortilla chips were warm, the queso was hot and the salsa was freshly made. For dinner, we ordered enchiladas and fish tacos. The beef enchiladas were excellent and my wife said the fish tacos were the best she ever had. The walleye was crispy and cooked perfectly. The Spanish rice and black beans were very good, as well. And while our waitress was extremely busy, the service she gave us was top notch! We will definitely be back, might have to make Salty’s our go to restaurant every Monday night!

Love the food at this Mexican restaurant, especially their different take on tacos!!! PLEASE BRING BACK shredded beef taco!!!! Has a small outside dining area. Little on higher priced side, but well worth the difference. They offer takeout as well.

Tonight was our 3rd time here. Great food, excellent service, and excellent margaritas!!! Food is so fresh, and not greasy compared to other Mexican restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

Cute atmosphere, friendly staff, and FLAVORFUL food! The salsa is a bit smoky with just a hint of sweetness. The beer was cold and the margarita was strong. They have a huge menu with lots of variety. My wife and I got tacos and my goodness, they're delicious. We both noted how full the tacos were. We hate going places where you get more shell than filling. On the way out the door, my wife stated that this is her new go-to taco place, I couldn't agree more. You will not be disappointed!

First time here, recommended by co worker and everything was perfection. Margs were great, I ordered shrimp tacos and they were so delicious! our server Kim was outstanding! Definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely love Salty’s. We moved away and come back every time we are back in town. Chips and salsa are fresh and tasty. The Taco Pasta salad is a must! It’s our favorite. I had the Chicken Mango Habenero Bowl. Staff is friendly and food is delicious.

I absolutely LOVE the margaritas! Great atmosphere and our bartender Natalie is always amazing! One of our favorite spots for sure! It’s almost Friday… see you soon Saltys!

This place is fantastic. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. We got the taco platters and really enjoyed it. The salsa was the best I've had in town - it was sweeter but they offer things to add if you like spicier.

Salty's was smaller than I expected and it was very crowded but it was clean and inviting. The server was friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. The steak fajitas were delicious and the tea wasn't bad. The pictures are the leftovers I brought home because I was too busy diving in last night.

The taco platters are so good! Walleye fish tacos are the best! Fresh guacamole to die for! Try the 🍑 marqurita!

First time here. It was an awesome experience. Super clean, great staff, and excellent food! The shrimp fajitas i highly recommended!! Also the blood orange and blackberry margaritas were really good! I will put this on my list of regular places!!!

This place is wonderful! A nice outdoor patio, the service, food and margaritas were very good! We will visit again.

The tacos are good the staff is friendly the margaritas are great but the seasonal colored sugar on them keeps me coming back

I was there for lunch and I left full and happy. I had one of there bowls which was very good, but loved their chops and salsa. Great service as well on this rainy Wednesday.

My favorite for fresh, tex Mex style food. Good quality ingredients and the chips and salsa are the best!

My beef tacos were generous with ground beef and the toppings were a nice blend. My husband said his fish tacos were some of the best he has had. Staff is friendly. Prompt service. We will go there again.
