Such a special place! I was in Durham for work and stopped by on a whim. My favorite shopping experience is one where you can talk to someone super smart and stylish who will talk you down from all your neuroses. On that front, V&V delivers! Everything they stock is beautiful and well made, and the women who work here are consummate pros who will take you, your concerns and your taste seriously. I had the best time talking to Nia, trying on pieces she picked out for me, and getting some stylist assists from Stephanie. One of their regular customers even helped close a deal by walking in wearing a great pair of jeans (tried them on + bought my own on the spot.) 10/10 retail experience.

Vert & Vogue offers a retail experience unlike any other. During my two styling appointments, Vert & Vogue’s exceptional team made me feel cared for, confident, and beautiful (even at 9 months pregnant!). Prior to both appointments, the team pulled a gorgeous selection of items that pushed me a little out of my comfort zone - which is exactly what I wanted. Every item I’ve purchased at Vert & Vogue has become a closet staple and wardrobe talking point. I cannot recommend this store and this team enough!

Shopping at Vert & Vogue has been one of the delights of moving back to Durham area. The attentive, personal customer service I received has made this one of my favorite places to spend time and relax. And the pieces I’ve purchased are staples of my wardrobe that transition from fancy work events to a day out with my toddler. Nadira and Stephanie are wonderful humans and understand my style intimately, I look forward to continuing to support this amazing woman-owned business!

The team at Vert & Vogue is wonderful. Went there recently for some summer clothes, and they were all so patient and helpful with styling and sizes. They’re incredibly thoughtful about the designers and companies they carry, which makes it an absolute joy to shop there. Cannot say enough good things about Vert & Vogue and the team that works there.

What an amazing experience at Vert & Vogue! I made an appointment online, and they pulled a whole rack of beautiful items for me to try. Even suggested a few that were absolutely perfect that I never would have considered. It was so much fun and Johanna, Stephanie, & Nadira had me at ‘Hello.’ Beautifully curated collection and space. Impeccable customer service!

I had a fantastic shopping experience a couple weeks ago at Vert & Vogue. Nadira was so lovely to work with. She picked out things that I would not have done on my own including a pair of boots that were absolutely gorgeous! She knew about all of the vendors and the quality of the products that she shared with me. Even my husband commented on what a great experience this was! I will definitely be back!

Vert & Vogue is the most delightful place to shop in Durham! I have been a long-time customer and was excited to return to the store for the first time since COVID-19 for my one-on-one appointment. The V&V team did not disappoint! The one-on-one attention was wonderful and I felt very safe with the health precautions. What a fun way to spend an afternoon!

V&V offers so much value that shoppers can't find elsewhere, especially online. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and fun and the shop has great variety. A lot of the best finds I have from V&V are things I didn't pick out but they suggested I try on. Nadira and Stephanie are warm people who truly love interacting with and getting to know their customers, and finding them something they'll be very happy with. They're also committed to making the Durham community better. Could not recommend this place any more highly. Truly my favorite shop.

As someone who is intimidated by fashion, I was a little nervous walking into Vert & Vogue for the first time. Now I only regret that it took me so long! Nadira and Madison gave my two friends and me an experience we will always remember. They got us outside our comfort zones, trying pieces we would not have picked out on our own, and we each felt like a million bucks. In addition to being a local small business, staffed by the kindest people in the world, Vert & Vogue is a certified B Corp company - a designation that is hard to obtain and says a great deal about what this company values. Vert & Vogue is truly a gem, and I will absolutely be back!

Very and Vogue…how do I express the joy and power this brings to a woman’s experience? Stephanie and Johanna make every moment feel like it is truly “yours.” You are free to express your opinion, and they are genuinely working to find your style…what works uniquely for you. I’ve never left a shopping adventure feeling so confident, appreciated, and beautiful. In addition to the amazing service, the quality and deliciousness of the merchandise is amazing, and I’m additionally grateful for the support of women throughout the business model. “Thank you” does not suffice, but it will be repeated over and over as long as I’m fortunate to call this a fashion home.

It’s always a consistently lovely experience shopping at Vert et Vogue. Not only is it a beautiful space and impeccably merchandised, you truly feel so taken care of by the people who work there. They so obviously love what they do and believe in their product (really, really top quality lines, by the way) that you can’t help but want to make an afternoon of it in there! I always come away with some real wardrobe hero pieces along with staples you’ll have for years.

Vert and Vogue is not only my favorite store in Durham its probably my favorite clothing and lifestyle store in the world. I always find beautiful and unique high quality items that I wear and get compliments on. The shopping experience is top notch. It is fun and low pressure. Can't wait to shop their Spring collection.

I had a wonderful time working with Stephanie. She took time to understand what styles work best for me. Loved all the items she offered as options. It truly was difficult to choose. Each piece was so well made. And the variety of colors and fabrics were very special.

Beautiful store with a lovely staff! I was just popping in on vacation for some sunglasses but ended up getting a couple of summer tank tops and a sweater too. I love that they are a certified benefit corporation (B corp) and they work with designers that care about social and environmental impacts. Definitely upscale but worth the spend!!! Will be back if I'm ever in the area again!

I don't have enough good things to say about Vert & Vogue! Not only is their selection curated so perfectly, they have the best customer service. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the product as well as SO warm and friendly. Just an overall cool store that makes you feel cool even by association. Love them!

Had another lovely visit to Vert & Vogue! I was given a great shopping experience by Johanna and Madison, who were both so knowledgeable about the season’s collection. It was also so easy to book an in store shopping appointment while the store isn’t running official hours open to the public right now.

Beyond being the best boutique in Durham, customer service at Vert & Vogue is superb! I booked a private shopping experience, and from the moment my appointment was confirmed, staff communicated clearly and efficiently about what to expect. Nadira, Stephanie, and Kaitlin were ready for me when I arrived, with pre-selected pieces in tow. COVID procedures were followed without issue. I could not have asked for a better experience. Hands down the best boutique in the Triangle. Expect highly curated, ethically-sourced selections from interesting designers. The space is gorgeous and full of light. The service is TOP NOTCH! I received great suggestions from the folks there, and felt very taken care of. Will be going back.

It's always such a pleasure to go shopping at Vert & Vogue! Everything is so beautifully curated & arranged, I never feel overwhelmed when I go into the store even though there is a lot to choose from. Not only that, but the employees and owners are incredibly warm and friendly. I used to never seek advice from store employees, but at Vert & Vogue everyone is so knowledgeable about the products and they give great advice--they genuinely want you to love what you buy. Even though you may end up spending more money than at the mall it is well worth it!
