It is hard to get an appointment or service advisor. Tried calling multiple times and finally went to another dealer

Had a terrible experience here.

On Wednesday, we scheduled an appointment for tire replacement service on Friday. We expected them to have the tires in stock by Friday for the tire replacement service. If the tires were not in stock, we expected them to call us and let us know that we need to reschedule our appointment since they don't have the tires. We didn't hear anything from them so we showed up on Friday for our appointment. We decided to leave the car there since it was nearing the end of their hours of operation. We expected them to start work at the scheduled time on Friday and finish the work Saturday morning.

Instead they did everything as unexpected as possible. They did not start service on the car Friday, they did not do any service on the car on Saturday, they were closed on Sunday, and they did the oil change on Monday at 12:30p. At this time, we learned they didn't have the tires for the tire service. They had from Wednesday to Monday the following week to get the tires. We picked up the car without getting the tires replaced because we need to car to get to work this week. We will try the tire replacement service at Firestone now because we are worried this company will create more issues for us. The trust is broken.

There's no excuse for this mistake. We took time out of work to get this done and it wasn't even done.

We lost over $200 to Uber over the weekend for an issue that should've been preventable if they would've confirmed they had the tires before taking our car. We cant afford to lose $200 in this economy.
