We were welcomed warmly by Merrilee when we walked in the door. She was so professional and knowledgeable and helped us find just what we wanted. We were even able to have pillows made of the perfect fabric. Because our order was custom made just for us, Merrilee kept us updated throughout the whole process. Our order was delivered today with care. We are thrilled with our new furniture.

Ordered artwork for a commercial space, Merrilee was patient with my indecisiveness and was very communicative throughout the shipping process. Excited to see how the art looks in the space! The other design consultants, Chris and Tate were very friendly and professional. Will definitely come back for future design needs. My grandmother is a Bassett customer as well, and Lori the manager has consistently taken care of her needs.

Lori was the designer who helped us. She was responsive and listened to our needs and requirements for our new furniture. The order came quite quickly and Lori kept us informed the whole time. She did a very nice job!
The furniture came on time and the delivery men let me know right when they were coming. They handled the furniture carefully and took care to place everything just where I wanted.

Had an absolutely amazing experience ordering our furniture from Bassett. Our designer was very helpful and well organized, and managed our online orders through the handoff with this store expertly. We were particularly pleased with the Salt Lake City store manager, who was always willing to take our calls and was very communicative with us through the (remarkably fast!) ordering and delivery process. My Mom needed a special accommodation to have our order delivered to her apartment where she lives with assistance, and the manager went out of her way to let us know our business was valuable to them. I must also give special praise to the delivery team that made my Mom feel like a queen with their care and attention when they brought our order. The couch we ordered is of exceptional quality, with very fine construction and beautiful upholstery. I feel so grateful and pleased we chose to order from Bassett. I can guarantee they will have more of our custom in the future.

Our 2nd time purchasing from Bassett. The 1st time was 2018 when we ordered a table and couch (both exceptional quality) while in Texas and the SLC store was wonderful with coordinating the delivery to our new house in Mountain Green...the most recent time was this summer when we needed new dining chairs. The staff at the SLC store (particularly Merrilee) was so friendly and helpful (and patient!) while I tried to figure out what I wanted and pick out the perfect fabric and chair design. It took a little longer than expected to deliver because of COVID but we have received them and they are absolutely perfect. Couldn't be happier with all aspects of Bassett.

We’re very happy with our new couch! It looks great and we’re excited to use it. Everything with Basset went smoothly, from the ordering process, to the waiting part (where we got regular text updates on the status of our couch and its progress so we were never left in the dark), to the delivery. We were never unpleasantly surprised. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and competent. We will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

We just purchased two sofas, two chairs and some pillows. We could not have been happier with the experience. Emily was fantastic at guiding us through the design process and helping us reconcile our different opinions. Emily has great taste and design skills and will look to her again when we redecorate our other rooms.

We had a great experience working with Merrilee. She always offered to find coloring pages or something to entertain our kids. She was very patient with us while we were trying to make up our mind. She really listened to what we wanted. With her help we were able to choose a beautiful sofa and two chairs. Bassett has so many different fabric and style options; it was a lot of fun to choose exactly what we wanted the furniture to look like. Everything looks great and is very comfortable! We loved our experience at Bassett. They have a beautiful furniture offering that is stylish, fashionable and current. I love that most anything can be customized or custom built which tells me, some true craftsmanship goes into each product. One thing that I loved about our shopping experience was knowing that I was getting quality products for my home.

Bassett SLC has a great showroom and the best customer service! After trying out several sofas, we were a little confused about what to order. Bassett has SO many options for customizing the fabric, cushioning, legs and arm styles it was slightly overwhelming! Our sales person, Kris was amazing! So helpful and patient! She spent a lot of time with me helping to pick out just the right combination of styles and fabrics for my home. She has wonderful design skills. We ended up ordering more pieces than we intended on ordering because it all came together so beautifully! She was also quick to respond via text the next day when I decided I needed a few tweaks to my order. She saved me a trip to the store by helping me with additional fabric samples and furniture pricing via text. Thanks Kris! Truly exceptional experience! We will be visiting you again.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Bassett Furniture. We were looking for a dining room set and had been unable to find what we wanted. We were impressed with the style and quality we saw in the show room and Bobbie Roberts patiently helped us select our set. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide our selections. The customer service was excellent; all questions answered, no pressure, and well advised about choices. We are looking forward to shopping at Bassett in the future.

We have purchased several pieces from Bassett Furniture from Kenna Ellis. The quality of the pieces were great, however the level of customer service was outstanding. I have referred several people to Kenna because of her design expertise and I know they will have the best experience possible. She did a great job finding out what our needs were keeping our budget in mind. Her design experience was also something that we greatly needed. I will continue to recommend people to Bassett for the great furniture, but mostly because of Kenna Ellis!

We truly enjoyed our shopping experience at Bassett Salt Lake City. We bought two new couches and the salesman, George Venturing, was beyond helpful and nice. He allowed us to take our time and even helped us find the perfect matching pillows for our new sofas. After searching at other furniture stores, it was an amazing change of pace to come to Bassett where the furniture is high-quality, the sales team is not pushy, and the purchasing experience is phenomenal. My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade to new furniture for the living room. We needed two chairs and one couch. We started to check the usual stores but did not find anything that we felt would be “just right.” You know the frustration of not being satisfied with what the usual furniture stores offer. During our shopping adventures we stopped at Bassett Furniture thinking it would be just another store with a lot of things on show that other people might like. What we found was some very comfortable and high quality furniture. The styles of the furniture was not bizarre; they were simple but aesthetic. We had an idea of the colors we wanted but we didn’t see any colors we felt would complement the existing pieces in the living room. But when Kenna, a design coordinator at the store, told us that we could choose any fabric, any pattern, and any color for the furniture we were really excited. After selecting the type of chairs and sofa, Kenna walked us through the process of choosing the right fabric and we were allowed to take some samples home. The first batch didn’t work; our original ideas were no good. So we tried again. Our second choice was better but it didn’t have the “look” we were after. With Kenna’s help we finally found the colors and patterns that looked fantastic. This purchase of furniture will be great for years and years to come. I purchased rugs. couches, coffee table, after a recommendation from my daughter who had purchased from them several years previously. I have to say it was and exceptional experience. I had a large room and was wondering how to fill the space. Merrilee come out measured the space, designed the room with the needed pieces. The recommendations were perfect for the space, after picking out and ordering our items they were delivered, and setup on the time promised. I was so pleased, I recommended Bassett to my Son who also purchased furniture. I have to say my experience with the whole Bassett organization was exceptional and I will return to purchase more items as my needs arise.
